The troubles of having writer's block due to your writing style :'(

So this is my first blog on here and it's mainly going to be a rant about writers block, and how you should choose a writing style that won't cause you problems everytime you go to write a new chapter. So I am apologizing before hand about any bad grammer or confusing sentences that I am not bothering to check for. And the specific writing style I'm talking about is the one I am using in Tied Together With a Smile. Really out of all the problems one would think you would get when writing a story of any kind- be it fanfiction, a novel, etc.- It would not be because of a person's writing style.

Those little lines stuck in between paragrahs that seem to fit but not really, gives the reader information but at the same time leaves them sort of wondering. Lines that I pride myself in as being unique-I haven't seen any fanfictions so far that imploys this-, are a pain to write normally with a really detailed, obvious plotline and clear character development. But atlas, while my plotline may seem obvious to others-I do have plans that aren't quite obvious however- I use vague detail and the character development while there- and pretty clear when it comes to what is given-is hidden in storylines that happen before the current timeline. Therefore the reader gets glimspes of what is happening, they slowly become introduced to the characters' characters, the reader-at least I hope- see's what the charater shows others. When I include the lines however, the reader also glimsps the charaters' hidden selves, and even gains more(vague) detail of what is going on in their minds or what is happening or what has happen to the character.

And this is where my problem lies.

I could have my plot, and the general rough draft written, but those tiny lines will give me trouble because they are there but they are not. They repeat what is going on-sort of- but they also give a different perspective of the events or characters. Above all else I find them important.  It is so very difficult to word something so that the reader's are given clues but those clues are hidden in plain sight, when what you have written for your main is vague to begin with. Vague to the point it is hard -for me anyway- to make those lines more vague than the main but also straight to the point.

To conculde with this, the point I wish whoever reads this to get is: Don't combine vague writing styles- or any writing styles- unless you are a hundred percent sure you will not give up, will not let frustration get to you, will not disappoint your readers by quiting. If you want to try something new write a short one shot first, feel it out, see if it works for you, and then once you've found what you are looing for-what you are compatable with- try your hand and write something longer that readers will want the next chapter for, write something that you are pretty much sure you will continue not matter how troublesome it may sometimes be.

With that said, I AM NOT GIVING UP! "TIED TOGETHER WITH A SMILE", WILL BE COMPLETED! BECAUSE I AM NOT LETTING SOME STUPID WRITER'S BLOCK CAUSED BY A STYLE I ENJOY BRING ME TO SAY SCREW IT, I"M DISCONTINUING!
