Jenni is said as a person who can stay calm or level-headed during any situation. During her Kpop Star Auditions, she didn't even show one single sign of nervousness, and had a smile throughout her whole stage. Jenni usually shows little emotion over things, even though inside, emotions are bursting everywhere. Jenni is also a very understanding type of person. Even after elimination from Kpop Star, she understood the judge's opinion and respected it. In addition to being understanding and calm, Jenni is very loyal to her friends and family. Some of her friends and distant relatives didn't support Jenni's dream of being an idol, yet she still sent them love and gifts throughout the year. No matter what, Jenni's friends and loyalty to her family come before anything. Throughout Jenni's sympathetic characteristics, she is also daring. She went on Kpop Star when she was twelve, after all. One of the things on her bucketlist is also to go skydiving in Dubai. 

Even though Jenni is normally a kind and positive person, she does have her bad side. Jenni tends to be more of a messy person, her room and desk are all unorganized and filled with papers, tangled up earbuds, and lyric sheets. She is also mainly a picky person. Whether it comes down to food or boys, she has her expectations in everything. Jenni is also gullible. Her friends go all out for April Fool's Day, however Jenni always falls for their tricks. In addition, Jenni is also quite stubborn.

Jenni was homeschooled during her whole education (so far). Her mom (main teacher), was a very smart and educated person, thus making Jenni also a very intelligent and bright girl. Along with learning Korean and English from her mom, her dad taught her the Thai language. (her dad isn't Thai though!!) Along with education, Jenni was also a very talented singer and dancer. Ever since Jenni was young, she would always dance and sing whenever music came on. Jenni always liked K-Pop music her whole life, doing dance covers with her friends, and always having headphones on.

During Jenni's seventh grade year, her education was disrupted. Jenni told her parents she wanted to be on the show, Kpop Star. Her determined parents found a way for her to get onto the show, and happy little Jenni went on Kpop Star for three rounds. Although she got eliminated, good feedback from JYP made her have a more determined mindset. After her Kpop Star experience, she went back to living with her parents. However, Jenni wanted a new experience, and thus started to go to public school. 

Jenni still had a dream of becoming an idol, however. She continued to put dance and song covers on her and her friend's YouTube channel, jaeji3. Along with her new school friends, they did street performances on the busy streets of Seoul, until one day, three years after her elimination, she was scouted by Big Hit Entertainment. After signing a five year contract, Jenni joined Big Hit as a trainee.

Trainee life

For Jenni, she decided that it would be best if she stayed in the dorms provided by Big Hit during her trainee years. It would be too much commitment to drive back and forth from her apartment to Big Hit every day. For Jenni, a normal day would start at 7 AM and end at 12 AM. Although her dance class doesn't start until 8:30 AM, she gets to the dance practice room by seven so she can practice herself. She has a four hour dance class, two hour singing class, and an hour of Japanese language class every day. Although she doesn't need to learn another language, she wants to achieve her goal of being fluent in Japanese. Afterwards, Jenni spends the majority of the day alone in a practice room, mainly practicing her dances since dancing is her main passion.
