style —
In her daily live, Yu is more a hobo than a 'designer'. Honestly, if you spot her walking down the street with her tattered beanie and even more tattered jeans, in-the-process-of-decaying combat boots and oversized holey sweater, she looks more 'student on a meal ticket' than designer. But that's her. She values comfort waaay more than fashion. Somewhere under those bundles of wooley mess (always wool, always oversized, always with holes on them), you might find a fiercely eyecatching beauty. But if you ask me, that's too much of a bother.

Although, professionally, Yu is one fearless designer. Anything and everything is fair game for her. If you ask her to describe her vision in one word, she'll probably say 'future of fashion'. Yes, that's three words and yes, in reality Yu is much more in touch with the vintage side of fashion world and styling, but please just let this little bird dream.

Yes. To all of them. And she always laugh it off.

All her live Yu is the clown of the class, the charmingly weird kid who talks about black holes and how bees are a baffling aeronautical mystery in one breath, the loudest of the bunch, safe to say, the popular kid and what could've been Joseph Gordon Levitt's perfect manic pixie dream girl. But strangely, also the kid who was always surrounded by the new kids, the 'weird' kids, the ones who got pulled by the secret gravitational pull as if they knew of who she is inside.

Behind those loud, yapping, i'm-confident-that-i-know-everything mouth is someone who always doubt herself. Afraid that with one wrong step she'll once again fall to the failure that always litered her life. A failure, that nobody knows because as the personal curator of her life, she's so careful to pick what other will see from her. She has the memory of an elephant. One wrong thing that happened 10 years ago still haunts her today. She might act as if they don't bother her, but in fact if you told her to write an essay of '10 things you regret doing', she can probably finish it in under 1 hour. Sometimes, this caused her to be afraid to go outside her comfort zone. It was only because her 'comfort zone' is so wacky compared to other people's that nobody ever noticed the fact that she's been restraining herself inside this cage.

She likes attention but hate it at the same time. She wants to be humble but can't seem to stop herself from stealing the spotlight from someone standing beside her. She wants to succeed but at the last minute she herself will put a banana skin under her feet so she can trip and fall. She's a true blue, swear up and down with god, an introvert who crashes down to her bed after her long days at university with clubs and debate teams and dance classes and sleep for 10 hours. She's like those mysterious enigma wrapped in those panini bread thing.

Don't be weirded out when she talks as if she came from the planet Mars. She'll be the first person to appear next to you when you need some puffy shoulder to lie you head down. Because she never seem to learn, even after all this years that should've changed the heart of hers into some sort of a wrinkly, soggy apple-like abomination, she still glued it onto her sleeve with the stongest epoxy glue she could find on the market.

- Is a massive fan of Rupaul Drag Race. Don't be surprised if she makes designs that pays homage to the show

- Sleeps only wearing tshirt and an underpants. Will scream 'YOU ARE LIBERATED' everytime she takes off her bra.
- This that bra is so annoying but hates the feeling of fabric against her like ew no
- Has 10 cats at her family home. It's a family full of cat lovers.

- Her friends always tell her that she looks like a girl group member but Yu never believes it. Once she was even stopped on the street by a group of school kids as they asked her for a selfie

Yu is not on speaking term with her parents. Why? Because they think she's a failure. They want her to go to a top school. She failed to do so. They want her to go take the science stream. She failed to do so. They wanted her to quickly get a boyfriend, at least, if she can't be what they want her to be. She failed to do so. Yu speculates that 75% of her fear of failure and her tendency to sabotage herself from achieving her very best stemmed from how she never wants to go along with what her parents wanted. 

So once she hits 18 she dissapeared from her home, going to university all thanks to a scholarship which she got by luck and working her nights at a mandu stall. But that's okay. She doesn't really missed them much, really. For people like her, family is a personal choice. Blood is thick but it can be washed away anyway, so...

She can't turn back. Sometimes she felt sorry for her parents, as she's their eldest daughter and her younger brother is 10 years apart from her. She just hoped he could be the child her parents always wanted and she still sent them 50% of her salary each month. 

Yu is happy and she can't ask for more.

It was either a match made in heaven or a duo made for hell and they two weren't even sure what they wanted to label themselves.
It was as if seeing two babies talking to each other with their own language. They could be seen huddling over on the corner, giggling over an orange peel or something. Imagine if they ever meet with Super Junior's Lee Donghae MAN IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF CLOUDCUCKOOLANDERING THAT MIGHT HAPPEN. 

As said before, Binnie spoke Yu, Yu spoke Binnie. It was those magical relationship that just sparked like an eternally burning antimatter. They just feed off each other and it was the first time, she was the first person who never tires Yu, and that's a feat too, as Binnie is like a Bunny that hops around her as if she was a gigantic carrot. 

She crushes on her and thought that she doesn't know it. She crushes on her but thought that she doesn't know it. They were so obviously attracted to each other, and they showed it in such a charming and pure way that everyone, and I mean everyone's heart melted everytime they saw those two interact.

GoodBye speech — I did my best. I've always said that to myself, all this time, as I constantly trip over my own feet. It's a miracle that I haven't sprain my ankle but I guess my bones are strong because i like to drink milk. But really, I always doubt myself, in one way or another. But for this, I know I did my best and it's a moment in my life that I will never ever forget. Thankyou. So much.

Challenge Suggestion:

• Dollar store challenge where they have to design outfits on a budget
• Unconventional material challenge where they have to design outfits using well, unconventional materials. I suggest candy store. Or wig store. Or pet store. Or Dunkin Donuts store.
• Genre switch challenge where they have to design a complete 180 opposite from the group's current concept
• Non dominant hand mini challenge where they have to design/decorate an outfit using only their non dominant hand or with their thumbs taped off.
• Self Design and photoshoot challenge where they have to design outfits for themself and having to do photoshoots for it. Make it into a twist by initially telling them that they're designing outfits for models but turns out they have to work those outfits themselves.

Workshop Suggestion:

• Halloween party 
• Award night
• OSCAR NIGHT (what if situation) with the theme of formal at the front, party at the back. IDK mullets or something 

scene request —

- Oh My Girl being a group that Yu handles (preferable for the genre switch week, where she has to make them into this y badass group of girls) and Yu just CANT STOP SKINSHIPPING WITH BINNIE. The rest of the girls went 'pls stop' and the rest of the contestants were happy because then that means Yu doesn't have her mind in the game.

- Yu looking at the beefing contestants with their drama and shizzle and she went to the confession cam and delivers the most confused rendition of 'what the is happening?' (she's not the competitive type. TBH she's too busy competing with her inner doubter)

- Yu breaking down due to the pressure of the contest. When someone told her that they've never seen her as a 'self-doubter' all this time, she answered with 'I hide it well.'

- Yu being confronted by her family after they saw her on tv. At first they were still unhappy and snappy and harsh at her for pursuing what she loves but in the end they realize, it made her happy and they should let their daughter do her own thing. She struggled so hard not to break down but did so in the end.
