Pictures from today's trip to the Christmas market of 2016

Today I went to Winchester Catherdral Christmas Market - it is a family tradition to go at least once a year to this specific Christmas Market.

I took some photos as I walked around the Market (This isn't all however as I am not going to show my family)

It is honestly so beautiful.

^These are little huts with the roofs covered in fake snow and Christmas decor wrapping around the front of the inner roof, the sellers all put the items they sell in these huts. You can find anything from garden essentials to candles and soap and clothing. Artists also come to sell their works that includes - painters, jewellry makers etc.

As you walk around you will see lots of these carts all selling different things, this one was selling Mulled Wine. You can find Roasted Chestnuts, Churros (Spanish Donuts) , more.

^This is the reason I wanted to go today, however they were priced so high I couldn't afford even the smallest ones. This seller came all the way from Germany. Even though these range from £200-£35 they are all beautiful and even play music.

^This is the decorations and some details of the carts scattered around the market and this one was from the Roasted Chestnut cart.

^This is where you could grab yourself roasted marshmallows!

^There was a whole area just for food sellers, you could find foriegn foods such as this above and also hunny, cheeses, even jams. It smelt amazing in this area.

^ A closer look at some of the decorations.

^This is the hut to get the best hot chocolate ever! trust me I couldn't believe how amazinginly good it tasted! you can get marshmallows and cream on top as well! However I don't really like marshmallow so I just got the cream!

This market is so beautiful and there is an ice rink in the centre. It is such a wonderful atmosphere.

I was born in this city and even though I haven't lived there, my family all do and I grew up around it. I just love it so much.
