I'm getting scared of myself

As most of you probably already know I am a dance and I have classes during Fridays and Saturdays....the thing is....after school I walk around a lot mostly everywhere....and Saturday classes have cardio and warm ups before doing the choreography and on Fridays it's mostly just choreography andon Wednesday we do a lot of running for PE....

Right now...my legs have gotten muscled....it's not soft anymore especially the thighs.Like...all of it is rock hard now...except my upper thighs which are still sorta soft to the touch but one grip and you'd think it's rock you're holding.

So I may or may not have broke a chair when I kicked it.That's not the only thing that scares me though....my arms also became stronger and most of my school skirts...they're always worn around the higher waist part...it used to be tight on me....and now it's so loose it's practically falling....

So a small hard bulge appeared on my biceps and my stomach has faint lines and is rock hard......it's so scary how this year's work out changed my physique so much.....

And remember my post that I almost died cuz I didn't pay attention to my surrpoundings?And when I posted that it happened again?

Well,in the second post I told Dongmin-oppa I'll train my reflexes and guess who is scared of how much improvement she got? Ofc it's me....

So I was just sitting in bed,writing a chapter for my Sugakookie short fic when a fly came buzzing in and....I doubt any of you will believe this but when it flew past my ear,I caught it between my two fingers!!! I couldn't believe wjat I did either....but unfortunately I got so excited that I accidentally let go....

I been there before. I am an athlete so every year from January to May we will trained so hard. Like you said, i grew a lot of muscles but now i'm not. My Dad is a coach so i listen to his every orders even though i'm lazy. He is so strict. The workout are really exhausting. It was really tough, even my friends are , like they don't want to join anymore or skip the workouts.
