I think about writing a fanfic for Monsta X... why? Because there's not enough for me xD
Tho I'm not sure what pairing should I choose? :o

Of course you should! If there are not enough monsta x fic for you, then write it! Write as many as you want. You'll never know if there's someone out there who is also craving to read monsta x fics but feel disappointed because of the lack of good fics and writers.
