Hello! Okay so, I don't really know how to credit the person doing the poster for me so, can anyone help me on how to credit them? XD

You can just do it like "credit to : *INSERT LINK & THE DESIGNER's USERNAME* for the poster"

you can mention them on the foreword of your story.
something like :

special thanks to 'whoever' for the awesome and pretty poster!! <3

Linking the artist would be good.
