Lots of Plagiarized Stories on AFF, Where are the Moderators!?

So many plagiarized stories out there, but non of mods are responding to the reports.

I just hope moderators that have the job to respond to reports will be more active.

I'm sad to see lots of plagiarized stories on AFF, what makes me more sad is that the readers/subscibers to those stories are not care if those stories are plagiarized, they just read it and comments like "awesome story", "you're great author", etc. even though they already been informed that those are plagiarized stories, not original stories by those plagiarized author.

Sad, sad, sad.

I wish I can do more than just click on report button but never actually responded. :( :( :(

I'll answer this, based on my experience on aff.
Few months ago, I reported 4 plagiarized stories, and I'm not the original author, I'm just a reader who happened read the original stories before, so I reported that stories.
The response from moderators are really slow, its really slow that I need to post this blog, so I can get more info from more experienced members.
But, moderators did responded to my reports, so out of 4 stories that I reported, 3 are removed by moderator, and the other 1 was removed by the author itself after I tell him that his story are plagiarized and its better to deleted it himself than deleeted by moderators because it can make his account banned.

So, You can report any stories if you think that stories are plagiarized, but of course you must have prove that the stories are plagiarized.
If you know and can contact the original author, than its better to ask the original author to report it, because probably moderators will response quickly if the original author the one who report it.

And I also have experienced about contacting the original author. It happened month ago. I found a story on aff that plagiarized Published Book, so I tried to send an email to the author website, telling her that one of her book are being plagiarized on AFF.
The next day, I got reply from the original author saying that she and her team are going to take care of it. And few hours later, I checked that story on AFF, it was reported by the original author or her team, and not long after moderators are responded and that story was removed.
Way faster than when I reported myself. Lol

I found a plagiarized story. Are the original author the only one who's permitted to report it? Or readers who chanced on it are allowed to report it as well? Also, AFF mentioned that we should enquire with the author who has plagiarized...but what if he/she blocks me afterwards? Sorry, but I'm really confused over the reporting process. Did you ever get a response from the mods eventually?

You can't really report unless you're the original author so how do you report?

This is so sad. I hope people will reflect on their mistake and stop plagarizing
