HELP OMG HELP PLEASE T-T

guys i need help omggg

basically on thursday, we'll be like having teacher's day (it's more of staff appreciation day but yeah) and we get to wear our own clothes there!!! (woohoo!!!)

Of course it's supposed to be appropriate clothes. And I was like thinking of wearing jeans or long pants or something then i realised.

MY THIGHS AND LEGS ARE FAT AS FUUU

I need help omg. I have like what? 4 days left to slim down my thighs to look good on that day

LETS JUST PRESSURISE MYSELF. 3 FREAKING DAYS LEFT.

and i really can't diet because my parents will notice and kill me

please give me advice omg

I'm really insecure of my own body especially my legs so if i slim down on the legs I probably will be more confident of my self.

You could wear a long skirt so your legs don't show, make sure the skirt isn't too baggy (or has a thick material) and that it's floor length (i suggest wearing black). Also don't wear flats, wear heels or wedges.Make sure to tuck your shirt in and wear a cropped leather jacket.
Hope my advice isn't too bad, and I bet your thighs aren't as big as mine, they look like gourds when I sit. Anyways with whatever you wear or do (like exercise) be confident. Hwaiting!!!

Simply avoid bloating, by hydrating yourself and drinking plenty of water. Slimming down in 4 days is hard, so I simply recommend eating less salt and sugar, and not eating a couple of hours before you sleep. Do you play sports? Do any kind of cardio that moves your legs plenty eg. Running, Walking, Biking. I don't do exercise so if you have no motivation to do it, don't do it. Jeans make legs look a bit slimmer, so wear jeans. Don't worry too much. As long as your happy, that's what matters. :^)

well you can try wearing black or dark clothes like black skinny jeans and long black sweater or shirt, I looked up exercises in google but they need at least a week to show some noticeable results. don't be so insecure about your body I bet you are just perfect, have some confidence in yourself girl. you can work out after this teacher day and build up a good body-shape, good luck *much love*

Um....our PE has a work-out....more like leg day really and it's every wednesday so maybe do this 40 minutes a day?Combine with a workout I do at dance class....Um....btw if it doesn't hurt it doesn't work cuz my legs did slim down a bit in just a few days so...yeah

I think you can tie a long-sleeved shirt or jacket on your hips so that it will kinda cover your thighs? Oh but more importantly remember to use black jeans/pants! Cause when you use black it slims your legs a lot!
