✩ jiji water : a cheesy nickname given to her by her even cheesier best friend, Jada, who found out her korean name and immediately had to make fun of it. out of all the things she could have said she chose jiji water? I guess, liam is earth's finest water ~~(untouched by man)~~.
✩ star : this nickname was probably placed upon liam when she was three years old and her and her family went to NASA to view all types of science. to this day, liam admires science. anyways, she walked towards the astronomy area and fell instantly in love with the 3d, digital sky that was above her. liam wanted to become a "Star" so she earned the nickname from her family members.
✩ li / li-li : anyone could label her as li-li or li since it is so common and simple. mainly her friends address her as li-li or li at times when they are simply too lazy to speak her name.
✩ pabo hoe : her childish best guy friend labels her as a pabo hoe since he knows she is korean. he asked her what idiot meant one day and liam gladly told him. she didn't know it would end up becoming a stupid nickname. "idiot hoe" is darren's classic nickname go-to when he sees his best chick friend.
✩ schartz : liam's german grandmother always calls her "schartz" meaning that liam is apparently a sweetheart even though she can be a bit of a curious hole. what grandmother doesn't give her own granddaughter awkward nicknames?
✩ sweetheart : a special nickname given to her by a special someone. if used by anyone else it just looses it's meaning all together.

LANGUAGE SPOKEN:

✩ english (fluent) : english is liam's first language. therefore, she knows english fairly well. liam has grown up in america and knows all english to a tee. liam has a strong english accent. her korean mother dislikes when liam uses slang. like "bruh" and swear words. liam is around people who think it's cool so she is unaware it's bad.
✩ german (fluent) : her second learned langauge. liam's dad would always fly liam to germany to visit his side of the family. her first time in germany was when she was 16 months old. anyways, she caught on to both languages easily. liam loves speaking german and will as much as possible.
✩ korean (semi-fluent) : liam's mom forces korean on to her. she was never really interested in the asian part of her family. her mom never sent her to south korea because her father always had her in germany. in liam's later years, she forced liam to go to korean classes. liam doesn't like the language much because it was symbols rather than letters, that liam was used to.

The tender-hearted trait that's so prominent in Liam is often misunderstood by otherss. To complicate matters, Liam finds it difficult to communicate what she's feeling because she shut down all emotional responses when hurt. Most of the time, Liam seem emotionally immature when compared to other people surrounding her. While this might be true in some cases, most of the time it's simply that she has a uniquely receptive nature. Once you get to know Liam, you'll quickly realize that she is actually a highly-evolved individual who isn't just sensitive to her own emotions. She also sensitive to other people's feelings. This empathic ability complicates Liam's emotional state of being. Most of the time, Liam is unable to distinguish the difference between her feelings and those she senses in others.
Liam is very proud of her family and sees them as an extension of herself. BACKGROUND:

Liam was born in the great city of Atlanta, Georgia on July 11. It was a rather rainy morning, but it was the most beautiful moment to her mother. Liam's dad could not make it to her birth because he left for a business trip just the day before, unaware the due date was close. He made up for it by cleaning the house when he got home. Growing up in ATL, was the best of Liam's life time. She lived in a beautiful home with nice neighbors. In her neighborhood everyone knew each other. Constant neighborhood parties and birthday invitations. Liam viewed everyone as family.
Liam was raised to be a respectful young woman, but since she chose the wrong group of friends in school, it was more difficult for her to be the woman her parents wanted. Liam being around bad influences never broke up the family relationship, luckily, but it was a huge problem.
Her education was just as normal as any other student's throughout all her years in school. A-B Honor Roll with some C's every now and then. Liam wasn't the smartest, but she pulled through. Her mom helped a lot with homework. Most of the time, Liam set off homework for "later" and never got back to it.
Being the youngest of her siblings, Liam was always bullied by the big bros. Yes, her brothers have grown up and become responsible adults, but the teens were the worst. Liam had to deal with toliet seats being left up and horrible aim. Always beening last at doing things was the worst! No, maybe it was food. Either way, her brothers were just being brothers. Annoying!
Music was always in Liam's life. Not until she was eleven years old did she come to the fact that she wanted to be a dancer. She would always dance along to music, but never knew she could make dancing a career. When her mom told her about K-Pop, that was the only way Liam was interested in learning about the Korean side of her family.
She listened to lots of K-Pop songs and loved the concept, but still wanted to know more about the dancers. Liam got a tour of SM entertainment when she was a sophmore in high school. Seeing that dancing was huge, she just had to join. Liam never actually auditioned for SM because Starship layed eyes on her and swooped her in for auditions. That is exactly what happened.
Starship said her face was beautiful and they were actually hoping she could sing, sadly she could not. Starship had no problem, letting her rap, also failed. Now more disapointed they put on music for Liam to dance to on cue. There she went. Her feet agreed with her body and the flow of her dance was incrediable. "You're in!"
Training took 3 years , but it was highly worth it.

PERSONA: The Elegant Swan : With dance moves so elegant it's hard to ignore the persona of swan. Swan's gracefulness and slick movememnts are familiar with Liam's. Apart from the dance moves, a swan does describe Liam very well. Almost to a tee if you pay focus to her personality and all around attitude.

TRAINEE YEARS: 3 years
TRAINEE LIFE:

Liam's training days were to herself. She rarely communicated with other trainees and kept to, again, herself. Liam is a very self person and does not like to be out of her comfort zone, but there she was training in a musical industry. How far out of her "comfort zone" is that. A whole lot of miles, since her comfort is her home back in the States. Liam danced from day until dawn and rarely ever got any sleep. Of course she did other things, like Korean lessons, vocal training, and a little bit of rap here and there, but all together he focus was dance.
When Liam was not dancing she was either eating or sleeping. Speaking of eating, her diet was healthy. Almost way to healthy. Being a Korean pop star means that looks beat out it all. Chase your dreams and all, but when it comes down to it, if you don't look ideal then you aren't considered an idol.
Three years went by extremely slow with a lot of home visists and school work. Other than that, time went by! Liam worked her of to make it to were she is and wold not take back those three years for anything. To think she nearly quit millions of times because things got so frustrating. That's just how it is and she pulled through.

✩ Her fingers twirled together in a nervous manner. The white lights behind the camera told her it was time. Her pupils shot up into the camera with a prepared,but anxious smile. "Annyeonghaesyo! My name is Jisoo and I am a soon-to-be-member of Cosmic Girls!" She waved her small hands at the imaginary crowd she visualized on the other end of the camera. "Was that good? Ahh. . . I call a redo!" The cast cackled at Jisoo's anxiety, but continued forth.

How do you feel about debuting into such a large group?:

✩ Liam pondered upon the question for a moment, "Joining a larger group was definitely something I wasn't expecting. So many members makes me scared." The man/woman questioning her cocked a brow and asked 'why?' Liam lost eye contact with the camera for a second, but regained focus. "Well, talent wise." She chuckled, "With so many women, there is bound to be a huge amount of talent. Some girls may be goddesses compared to me." She admitted and quickly added, "but I truthfully can not wait to create a huge family of my own. They'll be my sisters and I will take good care of them." She grinned softly and nodded her head.

She got the whole crew to crack up and she laughed as well, covering her hand over her own face as she fell back. Liam sniffled and sat up right again as they all calmed down. "In all seriousness, I want to make others happy. Dance is a specialty of mine and for others to learn the language of dance by watching me is inspiring. I may not be the best rapper or singer, but I could teach people who love me my. . .my 'ya know?. . . favorite language."

✩ Liam nodded and began first with, "To all of my fans that are aware of me as a trainee, I have to say thank you for sticking around." She ends up nodding her head again at lose of words. She looks down at her lap and smiles. "When fans call me y...I think it’s a good thing for a girl to be y. When I heard people calling me y, I asked if that’s a bad thing but it’s not! In a way it’s my strength, so I think I should be proud of it and have confidence in what I do." She bit her lip and looked back at the camera with a beaming smile. "So, to my fans, iness is something I will always have, but I can be very cute as well. Yeah? Let me show you!" She bowed and kissed the camera. "Thank you!"

Constantly running into each other is one thing, but constantly making googly eyes is another. With Taehyung and Liam they are both, how to put this nicely, very weird. Therefore, whenever they see a figure they like they get all shy. They shared their first conversation by a long awaited approach of Taehyung himself. Liam could not have done it since she is known for hiding in her shell until someone tells her it's alright.
As changeable as Taehyung is, he always has something to talk about. This can be inspiring or irritating to Liam who would maybe rather deal with “real information”. Usually they communicate just fine, but there are situations in which they could float away on an idea made out of words. Liam is looking for someone with clarity on the use and the practicality of everything they mention. Taehyung is everything but focused on practicality in most everyday situations.
If Taehyung learns to be more silent, relying on his feelings, and start fighting for what he wishes for, he could sweep Liam off her feet. Unfortunately, their entire relationship will not last very long if only words are spoken but deeds don’t follow. It all depends on this one moment.

Now, when Liam first starts conversations with someone she will not open up until she sees that you are no longer a threat. At first Taehyung is unaware and kind of impatient on the fact she will not open. With patience, though, he can succeed in a nice conversation.
"I really liked your debut!" He raised his fists, "Fighting!" When Liam didn't open up one bit, Taehyung realized he may need to speak softer to her. Open her up more. "Your dancing is amazing."
And like magic, he has Liam all ears. She unfolds her arms and beams vastly at the tall figure before her. "Why, thank you!" She responded with enthusiasm and bowed.
The BTS members knew that Taehyung showed interest if he approached her first. He was obviously curious about her.
"Well, it was nice meeting you, Taehyung." Liam nodded carefully and was about to leave with her members until Taehyung carefully grabbed her shoulder and stopped her.
Liam's cheesk rushed red when Taehyung smiled again, "Oh. This is not over!" He says and drags her to a corner, pulling out his phone.
"Wai-Huh?!"

Hesitantly, Liam took the phone and typed in her Kako address,quickly handing it back. Taehyung thanked her and all Liam did was grin. Her shyness was out again. Did that man hjust care enough to approach me first? She thought.

CHAPTER 2

Liam never uttered a word about Taehyung speaking with her to anyone. She wanted her privacy and he needed his. Liam never thought she would have to contact him until she scrolled through her Instagram comments and viewed every cruel word that was spoken. She slid her phone screen up with her thumb and opened KakaoTalk, staring at it for a moment. Exhaling deeply, she clicked Taehyung's ID.

✩ When Liam and Taehyung are together they are like Phineas and Ferb. Taehyung is a hyper active person with a whole lot of positive energy, that Liam well appreciates, but she is still quiet and very anxious all the time. Therefore, Taehyung will mainly take her to places with a bunch of activites so Liam can loosen up and just go with the flow. So, this year on Taehyung's birthday he wants to have a birthday party and invite WJSN and go to an amusement park. There, he wants to push little Liam into having a good time. She enjoys that Taehyung cares enough to go above and beyond to make her happy.
✩ Even though the way the two met was cheesy, the way they built was undeniable. On reality shows thatt WJSN appears on, Liam will always blush no matter what when either a boy group, a boy, BTS in specific, or Taehyung in specific are mentioned. The hosts/judges are usually well aware and for it. Whenever BTS is appearing on some television program, Taehyung remains calm and collected, and whenever time to smile he will smile and make conversation or add ons. Other than that, after meeting Liam, he will start zoning out and becoming clueless as to what is going on around him.
✩ It's not unusual to catch this duo trying the sneaky matching game to see if they get caught. Some days they will text each other and tell what they will wear to match. Other days, Taehyung will wear his shirt one day and give it to Liam the next to see if anyone notices.
