It isn't sturdy like a G6, isn't too heavy, doesn't require any software - is only the drag and drop type and recognizes mp3 and wma. ^^<br />

It was my first mp3 player that my "so-called-best friend" stole. Yeah, stole it. . >_< Then my dad got me my 2nd. It's an iPod, though.

I forgot what brand was it, and It died after two years lol. It was the normal mp3 though, white in colour. LOL That was my first and last mp3 HAHAHA.

Hmm... I feel your pain unnie. So far I've killed 5 cellphones & 3 mp3 players. Before I used the iPod touch I have now I used an nokia n82 which is a phone but it has an awesome speaker & it could play wma & mp3 files. I've dropped it pretty much everywhere for the past 2 or 3 years until it gave up on me last year 。・゜・(ノД`)・゜・。Awesome phone may you rest in pieces & pray that my lollipop won't be in pieces too~~. <s>in memory of my iPod nano, creative mp3 player & all my phones</s>

I'm not very technology savvy but I have the ipod touch 32g. As long as you have a good hard case on it that thing will NEVER die. It requires you to update your itunes but that's free so not a big deal. I've had mine since 2008 and I've dropped it while running, down the stairs, on cement floors, off shelves, on a highway, in a mall, at school, at the airport pretty much ANYWHERE.<br />
