So I'm just in my room.......crying again.......this became my diary now hasn't it?Hahah.....

So y'all know about my grandfather right?7 bullets.....killed him.....the seventh entered his chin and exited the back of his head......he was shot to death.....

So a while ago I went to shower and I heard a gun shot but I guessed it was just something fell or an electric thing that exploded so. I continued on....

Then whilst I was reading,another shot came and I litterally panicked....but not enough to do anything....I just hugged my pillow closer......but then the shot.....it sounded so close.....it sounded so close that I could tell that it's a gun...,

It's just so scary how I can differentiate it from different explosions......I'm fine with other explosions....I recently just got over fearing thunders and fireworks simply because of their sound.....but this.....Idk......I used to be fine but I guess it was trauma?

I don't know what to do and I'm just so scared and I just cried when I heard it for the 4th time and I don't know what to do anymore.......I can't even breathe properly because of this......what do I do.......I think. I need help......
