• Miyoung is simply just a happy virus, Ofcourse with her own fair share of struggles. Miyoung's bright personality can light up any room she walks into. With her constant positive attitude, she can bring a smile to the coldest person.  She's the type of person you simply want around because she always has such a positive view on everything. EXACT is definitely in need of someone like Miyoung because she brings such an optimistic attitude to the group, and tries to ensure that their is never a dull moment.Miyoung tries her hardest to be friendly to everyone, even when they aren't nice to her. Miyoung is probably the most energetic person ever, she gets easily excited by the smallest things and just loves being apart of things.She tends to get overly energetic when she's excited, which causes her to become a bit hyper. She sees everything, sometimes miyoung will go into these quiet spells but these are the moments when she's observing someone as a person. If you ever catch her staring at you, she's figuring you out and 99 percent of the time she's always right. She thinks that the eyes are the window to the soul, and when she finally figures you out she knows how to deal with you. She's good at reading body language and observing how you interact with others. This is the reason she isn't one to easily judge others, she gets judged by people on a daily basis all because of what they see on the outside. She thinks that once you learn someones heart and what makes them who they are, then you truly decide whether on not you like them. Her observantness, is that even a word, is often quite suprisng to a lot of people, what's even scarier is the fact that she's often times right. She however doesn't think its anything special, she thinks that if a person actually takes the time to 'get to know' another person, not just by asking them questions about themselves but actually interacting and learning along the way, because who's gonna ACTUALLY share everthing when they are being asked subjective questions? 
• Like Everyone else Bae Miyoung has her downfalls too. Miyoung is extremely forgetful, she can be thinking about one thing trying to remind herself to do something and in a split second she can forget. She's not the person you would want to send on an important task, especially if you want it done quickly. She often leaves things like her phone, dorm room keys,ear phones,chargers,and pretty much everything else she may pick up in odd places. Which is why she's not very attached to her cell phone, because she loses it so much or will forget to grab it off of the charger. Miyoung is not at all stupid, even though her forgetfulness may make it seem that way. She could honestly could have done a lot better in school if she could've remembered the things she was taught, i know what you're thinking, why didnt she just take notes? She tried that too, she'd take the notes but then forget to put it back in her binder or in her rush to her next class she'll just stuff it inside her backpack adding it to the hundreds of crumbled papers at the bottom of her bag.It's a good thing that Miyoung lives with her members in a shared dorm because if she didn't she would probably never be ready for practice. If it's not one thing its another, she might leave her shoes one day,i know that seems lmost impossible but nope not with miyoung, or a water bottle, or maybe something as small as a hair tie, she's even had to come to practice while she was in the middle of getting her hair re-dyed. Boy was that a sight to see, just imagine it a young miyoung  with seemingly pink goop on her head running to get to her spot in the dance formation all while wearing a hairdressing cape and with a towel around her neck all while the exo members sighed and shook their heads. The only thing suho said, 'you're dyeing your hair again' and miyoung responded with ' yeah, it was starting to fade'. Her teamates often bring two of every item, for who? Not themselves, it's always for Miyoung. Now that miyoung has been at the company for 3 years and they've been with her for so long they don't even pay it attention anymore. 

• Miyoung is like a little girl, you have to be careful of the things you say to her and how you say them. She's extremely sensitive and can cry at the drop of a hat.Her optimism often puts her feelings at risk, she always tries to look for the positive in people and when they fail to reach her positive expectations its almost physically draining for her because she expected so much of that person. This sensitivity trait/skill is actually quite useful when she needs to convince someone, especially if its used on a person who's weak-willed and hates to see people cry, because seeing Miyoung cry is like the most heartwrenching thing. Showing Miyoung anything sad is a complete no, although she can find anything sadening.Miyoung probably cried for about an hour just because of that commercial. Everyone isn't naturally sensitive,sometimes it can develop from past expiriences. Sadly that applies to Miyoung. Due to her background, not gonna spoil it here, Miyoung has gone through life over-compensating her happiness. Although she is truly a naturally happy person, somedays she has to act a little happier so that people won't notice the truth that lies in her eyes, and she became good at hiding it too. Due to the lack of affection in her life, she's always been so affectionate to others because she feels like it almost replaces the void in her heart, but we all know that it truly wont and probably never will until she is shown true affection from someone else other than herself. Not only does she over compensate for herself, but she does so for other peoples sake. She always feels like she has to be the moodmaker and the one to cheer everyone up, the light in the room, and she's okay with that. She just wishes that at least one person, just one would realise that sometimes she needs it too, that they would see the story she's trying to tell with her eyes. Miyoung grew up alone, in a single parent household, and never had any siblings which caused her to feel alone alot of the time. Sometimes she can be in a room full of people and feel all alone. Miyoung is definitely a happy virus,but like most people she's not happy 100% of the time. If you look close enough sometimes her eyes are telling a completely different story.

 

• Bae Mi-young was born into a then loving 2 parent household with a father,bae young do, who worked as a well known auto technician in the area and her mother a secretary for a large company in the area..however how you were born and how you grew up are two completely different things. Miyoung grew up in Gwangju, South Korea in a single parent household. You see, Miyoungs mother had a problem with remaing faithful to her family and ultimately allowed her lust for another man overpower the love she had for her family.Miyoung was 4 years old when her mother left her and her father to go start a life with another man, miyoung remembers it like it was just yesterday.

 

 

• During miyoung's father time of grief he enrolled her in singing lessons, where he would soon dedicate his life to her singing career. Initially Miyoung showed little promise in the area but with much training she got a lot better as the years went on, starring in mini company showscases and even had a bit of success as a child model featuring in local store ads and even was in a few commercials as a child, though nobody knew who she was.She remained her usual happy go lucky self even during this time. During this time period miyoung's father became obssessed with miyoung's entertainment career and always pushed her to do better. Miyoung would often stay up late at night after vocal training for an extra 2 hours because her father wanted her to do so well. Miyoung's father top two priorities were work and miyoung's entertainment career. You would think that the two got along well and spent a lot of time together but that was not the case. His focus was her career not miyoung. After her vocal and modeling training and  was over, when they got home, the two rarely ever talked to each other, only the occasional half conversation every now and then. Miyoung grew up without the love of the mother or a father, even though her father was present. She had never had a mother figure in life, although once she was close but her father ed it up and she left. When miyoung was in the 11th grade she recieved a call from sm entertainment  saying that they were interested in giving miyoung a chance to audition for sm entertainment as a trainee, their recruitment workers had gone to miyoungs talent agency looking for fresh talent when the spotted miyoung in a singing lesson and although she wasnt the best singer they heard of her modeling expirience and could tell that she would be a great fit for the group that they were planning to form in a years time. Since Miyoung's house was kind of far from sm entertainmentl they offered miyoung a dorm where she would live for her time as a trainee.To say miyoung was excited is an understatement, she was getting recognized for her skills and she was going to be able to be apart of one of the entertainment companies in South korea! Sure miyoung's family wasn't poor but they definitely didn't have the money for them to move their small family to seoul, they were more working middle class so miyoung jumped at the opportunity, seeing as this is a once in a lifetime type of thing. She was also excited for the change of scenery, sure she loved her dad, even though he didnt show it back she was sure he loved her too, but she was excited to get away. Her father was all for the idea of her going to sm entertaiment, i mean why wouldn't he, all the years of spending his entire paycheck on lessons for miyoung and getting her vocal training had payed off. Afterall this was all he wanted, he just wanted his daughter to make it and to not have to live paycheck to paycheck. He loved his daughter very much,he just had a terrible way of showing it.If there is one thing he regrets that is not showing miyoung the attention that she so desperetly needed and wanted.

 

•  On the day miyoung moved into the dorms her father suprised her, right before he left he gave her a necklace and with tears in his eyes and a small smile he rubbed her now bright pink hair and said, 'make me proud kid.' With that he gave her a quick peck on the forehead and left. Miyoung remembers crying that day, her father had never showed her that type of affection since her mother left them. 'I promise appa, i will', miyoung whispered to herself that night. After landing a spot in this never before seen trainee girl group she really got close to her group members and some of the exo members who were her mentors but also doubled as older brothers. She was closest to chanyeol as the two shared the same mindset and were intially the happy viruses of the two groups. They are like older brother and younger sister who really are like twins.

• The color pink // She's such a girl. She loved the color so much she made it her hair color

•  BTS' Suga // Her ultimate bias. she has a thing for aloof guys.

•  Video games // Despite her girly personality miyoung loves to play video games whenever games. Her to favorite games are Call of Duty and Mortal Kombat X, I know suprising right?

•  Sweets // Miyoung loves any and everything sweet. She has a major sweet tooth and is always something sweet, especially if its candy. 

• Swimming // Miyoung likes to go swimming, she learned to swim when she was little and used to pretend to be a mermaid..she still does it today..dont tell anyone

• Special A // An anime about kids in the top of their class who are in a special class tailored specifically for them.

•  Koalas // Miyoung thinks its really cute how they cling onto people and things. 

•   Her Favorite foods are Tteokbokki, rice cakes, Pizza,Cherry slushies, Korean Beef, bulgogi, Meat, Any thing with red bean in it.

• Math // Despite not being the best student around she actually does quite well in math.

• Bananas // She hates Bananas. She really dislikes anything banana flavored. 

•   Pet peeve // Miyoung's pet peeve is walking around a dirty room after she's fully dressed and ready to start her day

•  Waking up early // Waking up early is the most excruciating thing to Miyoung, even she isn't happy in the morning time, quiet the opposite actually

•  Mannequins // (It's weird right i know. ) the girls dorm room has one of those trendy mannequins as a decoration for their room and during the day time the mannequin is okay,but when ever miyoung looks over at night she sees the sillouete of the mannequin and internally freaks out everytime.

•  Buzz Kills // Miyoung hates to be around people who cant just let loose and have fun. 

•  People making a lot of noise when she's sleeping // Miyoung is a light sleeper so almost any sounds can wake her up

•  The word Dissapointed // Miyoung hates to hear that someone is dissapointed with her. There are plenty of words with pretty much the same meaning but that word imparticular just always seems to have a sting to it.

• My biggest Fear // Miyoungs biggest fear is not being accepted.
