PERSONALITY :　Dong-won is the guy in the group that honestly looks mean and aloof. From afar he seems mean but when you get to know him you'll realize that he's actually just really introverted. Most likely he's not going to be the person to initiate a conversation because he so shy and keeps to himself. When you finally get him out of his shell though he can be very witty and Kind. He's honestly really adorable and does the ost random things sometimes. He's like another version of choom T.O.P.

Sometimes with dong-won you never know what you might get, one day you might get the aloof dong-won and the next you'll get the adorable dong-won. s can atest to the fact that he's the last person you would ever want to share a room with because he kind of messy. s can also atest to the fact that he's really protective too. Because of his background he cant help but to take care of the people younger than him. Dong-won could be described as 'the mean looking guy with a big heart'.

Although let's not mistake dong-won's suprising adorable ways for him being a complete dimwit. He's actually quite observant and he often takes time to assess a person before creating any kind of relationship with them. He pays attention to small things, which help him figure people out and keeps him from making bad decisions. This aspect of him comes from his being so introverted, because he doesn't talk much  and he's always watching others. When Dong-won does finally decide to open his mouth his comments are often very witty. Among his closest friends he is known for quite witty and has hilarious one-liners. 

Dong-won is known for not being a man of many words, but when you get him fired up or annoyed he becomes quite curt. His responses are so short and to the point that it seems that he's being rude. His nonchalant attitude, keeps him from seeing the severity of his curt comments. 

Dong-won is the guy you go to when you just need someone to vent to. He really valuues the people that he's close to and he believes that their problems are his problems also, which honestly could be a good and a bad thing. Dong-won is a very passionate person and gives his all in everything that he does, whether it be good or bad he's gonna give 100 percent. He's hard-working and fights for what he wants, and he believes that if you put in the work, the right way, then you'll be rewarded. He's a determined man and doesn't give up, his persistence is often times inspiring to others. Especially when they hear of his background.

BACKGROUND :　Dong-won was born and raised in Daegu,South korea in a family of four. With him being the oldest of the children, he was always looking out for his two younger siblings. Not to mention the fact that they were both girls. He was pretty much the man of the house seeing as his father was pretty much M.I.A. On top of the fact that his father wasn't there his mother was a nurse which could often mean early mornings and working the graveyard shift. His mother would leave home before he and siblings woke up and was back home when her children were already asleep. He pretty much raised his two siblings. He would wake them up in the mornings, Make them breakfast, pick them up from school, often times which meant riding the bus to get to his siblings, and then make dinner and get them ready for bed. 

For a while dong-won didn't like his mother because he couldn't live like every teenager his age was. He often would vent with rap, he would often rap for some of his school friends and even had a small underground under the stage name 'nurseboy', i know hideous name right? When his siblings got older and were able to take care of themselves he was finally able to pursue his rap career. He auditioned for multiple companies, JYP, SM Entertainment, YG, Big hit, AOMG. You name it, most likely he tried out for it. He was either too old or just 'not the right fit for the company'. There was one company that decided to giv dong-won a try though, and that was jellyfish entertainment. Dong-won had been doing well there as a trainee when there was unfortunately a bump in the road. After two years of training at jellyfish entertaiment Dong-won left jellyfish entertainment. Dong-won was put with a trainee group that was suspected to debut in the next year or so when dong-won decided to leave, due to not getting along well with some of his group members. It was unfortunate that he had to leave but dong-won decided that if he was to be in a group he wanted to be comfortable in it. Thus dong-won's search for another entertainment company was back on.  After many regections he decided that Yunrae Entertainment was going to be the last one. He tried out and afterwards they told him,' we'll get back to you in a week'. He already knew what that meant, "No thanks, your not talented enough". He was crushed. He eventually came to grips with the fact that his dream of being a professional rapper just wasn't going to happen. Suprising in exactly one week he got a call from yunrae entertainment inviting him to become a trainee for their company. Things finally seemed to be looking up for the young daegu boy.

▸ He and bt's suga went to the same school, they didnt have a relationship due to the fact that dong-won was a year older than him

▸ Mother — Kim Yu-Na (47) / Nurse/ Hard-working, Friendly, Work-a-holic/ 7 out of 10 / Due to the fact that dong-won pretty much had to raise himself and his other two siblings he had some hard feelings when it came to his mother. Now that he's older their relationship is starting to get better day by day.

Dong-won pretty much raised Yuri and he loves her to peices. Despite their being a considerable they are like bestfriends and text each other almost everyday. She was initially upset when dong-won had to go away to become a trainee, because their bond was really close and honestly dong-won was the closest thing yuri ever had to a father figure and it was hard for her to see him leave. Seeing as it reminded her of their father.

▸ Younger Sister— Kim Yeon-Tae (19) / College Student / Introverted, Intelligent,Sarcastic / 10 out 10
This is dong-won's youngest sister and he is extremely protective of her. He pretty much raised her so he's always wanting the best for her.He's always bragging on his little sister and is really proud of her. When Yeon-Tae was younger she was sickly and dong-won remembers staying up late at night just to watch her while she slept to make she she was still breathing and alright.

Since dong-wons father abandoned ship after his mother got pregnant with his youngest sibling to two haven't talked. He was five years old when his father left them. Honestly Dong-Won doesn't desire to have a relationship with his father.

TRAINEE LIFE :　Dong-won tried out for multiple companies before Yunrae Entertainment. He made it into jellyfish entertainment and stayed there for 2 years but after he and some other trainees did not get along well whatsoever he decided to leave. Afterwards he started to look for another company to audition for after many rejections he was finally accepted by Yunrae Entertainment. He started training when he was 19 so he was older than majority of the trainees. That didn't stop him though, his training went on relatively smooth and their weren't many bumps in the road. He did get hastled though for his lack of singing skills.Luckily those 6 years of training paid off because eventually he became a decent singer. Those six years also proved to be a vital part of his dancing skills. Coming into his training Dong-Won was pretty good at dancing part of the reson being because he was good at catching the flow of a beat, thank god for that. Outside of being a decent dancer, dong-won never really gave it any thought. After being trained relentlessly dong-won became the great dancer that he is today. So his dancing skills are half natural and half trained, a pretty good combo if he must say so himself. After Dong-won hit the 5 year mark of his training he was about ready to give up. He thought that if he hadn't debuted yet then obviously it wasn't meant to be. With the support of his family and some friends he had made during the process he decided to stick it out.

▸ "Suite's Dong-Won to relase solo Mixtape?" - True - In an interview dong-won said that he had been working on some music with some producers and was really excited about it. He later confirmed the rumor saying, " Yes, it's true that i'm planning to release a solo mixtape. All of my Yunrae Ent. Family and my brothers [ Suite Members ] are supporting me and they're doing the best they can to help me out. I'm really excited and i hope everyone will like it as much as i do."

why did you pick yunrae entertainment - or to be an idol at all in that case? : 

▸ Hello * 90 degree bow * Well, i've always loved rap and i really wanted to pursue a career in it. Umm unfortunately Yunrae Entertainment wasn't my first choice. I Actually auditioned for multiple companies and Yunrae Entertainment was the only company to accept me. I'm really grateful for it. On the topic of Being an Idol..Well my younger sisters really love idols and boy bands in general, so i wanted to have a career that they could be proud of.

If you could pick another sub-unit to be in, which one would it be and why? : 

▸ If I couldn't be apart of Spades...Hmm.. Maybe Deuce. I think i could fit in with that group pretty well, they're all really cool. Although i Secretly like Ace, those kids are just so cute. Even though i can't be in that sub-group I wish I could be. I'm probably their biggest fanboy...Don't tell anyone.

Is there a particular activity you'd like to try in the future (like acting, musicals, variety)? : 

▸ I would like to do some variety shows in the future, Maybe more of the athletic ones though. Seeing as i like excercising and stuff. Some of my mentors and Sunbae's say that i would be good for modeling and things like that, so i think that would be nice to experience. 

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR SUNBAES? : 

▸ Although their aren't that many since i've been training for a while , I like my sunbae's. They're all really nice and chill so i dont have a problem with any of them. I'm pretty much older that everyone in Cosmo's well except for Aspen, because we're the same age. Since Cosmo's debuted before me i guess i could consider them my hoobaes? *shoulder shrug*

AND HOW WOULD YOU TREAT YOUR HOOBAES - IF YOU WERE TO HAVE A SISTER GROUP FOR EXAMPLE? : 

▸ I'm Protective of all of my hoobaes. Especially the maknaes and such. If we were to have a sister group that would be another group of people that i would be protective over. I'm Really protective of one member imparticular, *enter member name here* because he reminds me of my youngest sister yeon-tae. I try to take good care of all of them though. For some reason some of them think i'm mean..
