style — Hwayoung is very stylish when it comes to clothes. She likes wearing denim, ripped jeans, knitted sweaters, and many more. She doesn't like wearing boyish clothes though because she finds it uncomfortable. For her make up she likes it to keep in simple and natural. She prefers lip balms than lipsticks, powder than concealers and for her eye make up she likes to keep it simple by wearing mascara. For foot wear she wears flalts but you'll see her wear her vans or shoes most of the time, she has a lot of those.   

 

Appearance — Hwayoung has long hair, white skin and a slim body. Her height is 1.61 cm while her weight is 48 kg. She's not the cutesy maknae but she always have a light smile on her face.

 

 

personality — Hwayoung maybe the maknae of the group but she doesn't like doing aegyo, she doesn't like posing cutely during photoshoots. She is more confident with her neutral poses that's why people would not think of her as the typical cutesy maknae. Since she is the member that is mostly seen on tv and variety shows people sees her as one of the most confident member in the group but in reality this girl is a shy person. She would smile confidently in the camera every now and then but off stage she would always ask her unnies if she did well or if she did some mistakes and all. 

 

Hardworking girl - ETY is determinated in everything she needs and want to do, giving up is not in her vocabulary.

 

Sweet - She may not be the cutesy maknae but she is also sweet specially to her members, she may be clingy at times to. 

 

Sincere - This is is one of the most sncere person you'll ever meet. She has sincerity in almost everything she do and say. She keeps promises all the times she doesn't likes breaking it. Despite of the neutral look she always gives in stage this girl is very genuine.

 

Stubborn - Ety can be very stubborn. She do what she wants to do no one can stop her, she believes in what she wants to believe. This is one of her worst negative traits.

 

Choosy - She is very choosy when it comes to food. She doesn't like eating alot of vegetables and spicy food that's why her unnies will always say "are you even Korean"

 

Low tempred - She gets irritated easily that's why she doesn't like to go near "whiny" kids. She also gets mad easily but when she's mad or irritated you'll only see her rolling her eyes constatntly but you will not hear anything from her,

background — Jung Hwayoung also known as ETY is born is Seoul Korea on Feb 14, 1996. She is the only child of Jong Bongkuk a song writter in SM. Entertainment and Jung Haemi an English proffesor in Seoul International University. ETY also has a cousin in the KPOP industry which is Jung Younghwa the leader of CNBLUE. 

Hwayoung swas exposed to music specifically singing in an early age because of her father. She started singing in the age of six. With the help of his cousin and her father her love for singing grew. ETY doesn't really excels in academics but she excels in the subject Englsih because of her mother. She was also part of their school's volleyball team for two and a half years. When she was 14 she decided to auditioned as a trainee in SM entertainment but due to education purposes she withdrawed that decision but after one year when she turned 15 she decided to finally adutioned in as a trainee but she chose AOMG instead of SM ent. the company where her father works.

 Her father is song writter in SM Entertainment. The reason why Hwayoung likes music speacilly singing is because of her father. When she was a kid she would always go with her father in SM. Entertainment that why she is exposed to music in an early age. Her father helps her with her music, for Hwayoung her dad is her inspiration when it comes to  singing.

▪  Jung Haemi | Mother

Her mother is a English proffesor in Seoul National Univesity. The reason why Hwayoung excels in her English classes and why she is fluent in English is because of her mom. Her mom chose the name "Hwayoung" for her because it mean 'Eternal beauty' that's why her some people call her Eternity.

Lu Han is a former member of SM's EXO. Since her father is a song writter in SM, Hwayoung made some friends in SM and one of those friends she made is Lu Han. Hwayoung knew Luhan since his trainee years that's why when Luhan left EXO and went to his hometown in China they weren't able to communicate any more becasue of their busy schedules

Since this member isn't very vocal with her feelings, ETY would always be their to explain the things she can't explain. Sometimes she would always talk to the group's nutmeg about this trait, she wants to help her when it comes to expressing their feelings.

Trainee Life — She started her training when she was 15 years old. She was supposed to train in SM entertainment since her father works their as writer but she decided to auditioned on AOMG. Hwayoung is a shy person during her trainee days she's also not confident at all. The only thing that made her stay is because of her passion for singing. As her trainee years passed by she learned to be hardworking, she learned how to makes friends too. She may not be the most confident mamber despite of her popularity but her confidence was developed during her trainee days.
