Okay, I felt that way around MY boyfriend before we even strated dating. His name is Jacob and we've been friends ever since the day we were born. We were born in the same hospital on the same day but at different times. He was born a few hours before I was. We also happened to live across from each other.
When I was about 12 y/o and I was just about to turn 13, I noticed something that didn't feel right. I felt the same way you did. He felt the same way. We didn't talk to each other for months! He didn't even ask our parents if we could have a joint birthday party like we always did.
Three months after our birthday, I decided I should drop some hints about me liking him. He was a bit slow but he finally caught on. Now he's been my boyfriend for an entire year ^_^
Hm... Is it possible for it to be both? I mean like, I don't know. My last crush was about four years ago so... I don't really remember what I feel. I'm so weird~
