TeaMinT's Challenge to Hundred Questions! 

I'm sorry for not updating my 100 questions blog posts for so long. I have been busy with other activities to realize that I have collected more than 100 questions there @@ But I'm back here, and I will (finally) answer the 100 questions as promised :) I have compiled and categorized all the questions (along with the ones I've answered previously, but the answers may change because I am not "copy-and-pasting" the questions here) and they're all here in 1 blogposts ^^ So here are the 100 questions that I've chose to answer! I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed answering them :)  

Personal 

1. Can you post a picture of you?

Most definitely. I will post 2 version of me this time (with & without makeup) just so you can tell the difference. The picture on the left is me without makeup, I'm wearing makeup on the right.

2. How old are you?

I am born in late October, 1995. I will be 21 this year

3. What is your height?

The last time I checked (I was 17 years old back then), I was 157cm. I think I've grown taller. I did look like I'm about the same height as my housemate who is 160cm tall, so I should  be about 160cm too. :)

4. Where are you from?

I am from Malaysia.  

5. Which state of Malaysia are you from?

I am from the state of Malaysia that everyone in the world knows - Selangor (People know about Kuala Lumpur, but well, this works too). 

6. Are you Single?

Yes. Yes I am. 

7. Do you live in Australia?

I am currently studying in Melbourne, Australia. So yes, I am living in Australia at the moment ^^

8. Do you have any siblings?

In fact, I do have a little sister who can be a replica of me. My sister is 6 years younger than me, but we often get mistaken as twins for 2 reasons: she looks like she can pass off as a 17-year old; I look like a 17-year old. Lol. And she said that I out all the youth she could have had in our mother's womb... /cough/

9. What are your habits (good & bad)?

I am aware of these few habits:

- I frown/scowl whenever I'm unsatisfied/unhappy with something/someone.

- I bite/ my lips, a lot.

- I procrastinate whenever I can. I once procrastinated to get out of bed for 3 hours straight and the result was... I ended up falling back asleep. Heh. 

- I have a bad habit of not leaving my position until I complete something. That includes eating & sleeping. I never eat/sleep until I complete the task. But that is also to make up for all the procrastination that I've done so... Yeah. 

- I look at the ceiling when I'm in deep thoughts. 

- I would go to parks or quiet places when I'm in doubt/when I need to make an important decision. 

10. Do you have any hobbies?

I enjoy reading any form of texts (wikipedia, articles, novels, journals, blogs... etc.), drawing (digital or pencil), singing (mumbling the lyrics most of the time), playing games like League of Legends, Dragon nest, Blade and Soul etc., playing with adobe programs (photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro, audition... etc.), or just the classic: Sleeping. Everyone knows what's my favorite hobby, it's gotta be sleeping.

11. What are you SNS accounts?

I currently have a lot of SNS accounts I can provide to people who are interested in getting to know me/talking to me in real-time rather than to wait for me to reply on AFF. I do not own a Tumblr/Livejournal account.

Kpop 

12. When and how did you start kpop?

I didn't know about Kpop until I saw SHINee's Lucifer MV on my tv screen back in 2010. I was baited into Kpop after searching up SHINee's profile page and found the wonders of Korean reality show. And now I'm here. I'm definitely stuck here... 

13. How did your life change after you know kpop?

I spent more money than I should have on things I didn't need. Yup. My life changed alright.  

14. Is it possible for you to be out of KPOP and get bored with it?

I doubt I ever will. 

15. Which group is your favorite? 

Infinite, BTS and GOT7 at the moment. 

16. Who's your ultimate bias?

2 words. What bias?

17. Who's your BTS Bias?

Min Yoongi that lil' . 

18. Who's your favorite in Bangtan other than grandpa Min?

Kim Seokjin. 

19. What do you think about BTS Fire M/V?

I think my brain just died the moment I see Taehyung ironing my poor Seokjin. And also Hoseok playing with the stove... OTL

20. How did you become a fan of GOT7?

Jackson Wang happened.

21. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate Mark Tuan?

I'll break the scale for Markiepooh.

22. Who's your EXO bias? 

Kim Jongin. (He can date Krystal for all he wants as long as he's still dancing like a god on stage)

23. EXO, GOT7 or BTS?

YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME. YOU CAN'T MAKE ME CHOOSE LIKE THAT? IT'S LIKE ASKING ME IF I LIKE SEA URCHIN, SCALLOPS OR ABALONES! NO. 

24. What's your OTP?

Suga x Kumamon. 

25. Do you support BaekYeon?

I stand on a neutral ground. Baekhyun and Taeyeon can date whoever they like as long as they're happy with it. 

26. Do you ship Baekhyun and Taeyeon? 

The reason why I added this was because supporting and shipping are 2 different things. Yes, I do ship Baekhyun and Taeyeon just like how I shipped Taeyeon and Leeteuk back then. There's nothing wrong with shipping. Really.

27. Do you listen to SNSD?

Yes. I do. In fact, I listen to everything I find pleasing even though it's not from my favorite group. It doesn't matter as long as you enjoy the song.

28. Do you watch K-Dramas? If so, what is your favorite?

My favorite is still School 2013. 

29. Who are you favorite actors and actresses?

I liked Song Joongki way before he got popular. I personally enjoyed the drama "Nice Guy" more than "Descendants of the Sun". My favorite actress would be Moon Chaewon who was the co-star in "Nice Guy" :) 

30. If you were to be put in a girl group/boy group as an additional member, what group would it be and why? 

I won't even get pass the audition to join a group. But if I had to pick a group... I don't know. Really. I can't dance, I don't sing well, I don't rap well. I'll probably join a book club or something.

31. If you were to describe your character, which idol would you choose to describe you?

I call myself a combination of Min Yoongi and Mark Tuan. I have gotten used to being alone to the point where I never bothered to speak in class thinking that no one would care to talk to me anyway. But once you get to know me, I'm actually one of the most slobbish, lazy, sarcastic motherer you'll ever find in the world. 

32. What kind of fan (kpop) do you think you are?

The I-hate-you-for-ruining-my-life-but-no-I'm-not-going-to-your-concert type of fan. I am a fan. I would love to go to their concerts. But I'm too lazy to even leave the house. Lol. 

Asianfanfics 

33. How did you find Asianfanfics?

I wasn't the one who found Asianfanfics. My friend did. She actually had the urge to write a fanfiction, and decided that it was fun to drag me along as well. But I ended up staying here. She left already. And if this isn't answering your question, I personally think that asianfanfics is an amazing platform that allows kpop fans to communicate and understand each other other than a place for people to post their stories and (ahemfantasies). It's a beautiful community despite having its ups and downs. 

34. How did you get into writing?

I started writing back in primary school (when I was 12). I used to write short stories in mandarin, which was my first language. But I gradually changed to english in secondary/middle school when I found out how important english can be for my future. I don't really have a specific reason to write though, I just felt like it, so I did. 

35. Since when do you write fanfiction? 

When I found this site. I've never written a fanfiction before this. I did draw some fanarts of some anime/manga that I read though. 

36. What inspired you to write a story?

The stories that I've wrote are based on what I've experienced and/or what I've read and observed. The reason why I'm generally proud of my "angst" tagged stories are because that is based on my experiences. I have been put through that before, which is why I know exactly how that particular character would have felt in that situation. 

37. How did you end up becoming an author on Asianfanfics?

To summarize the four questions I've answered above. I started writing way before this. But I have used Original characters back then. It was difficult to imagine how a character should look like and to craft their personalities and stuff. But the moment I was introduced to asianfanfics, I thought that I've found the perfect place to write my stories. It is also a place for me to improve my language skills. Hence, why I became an author here. 

38. If you were to choose to be a real author, would you?

To me, writing is a hobby. I wouldn't want to write as a profession. My writing style is solely for me to express and convey my feelings through words, and I do not wish to publicize that officially for other reasons. My stories will always be free-to-read as long as none of them are being plagiarized. I haven't experienced things like that yet, and I do hope that I won't in the near future.

39. How did you get famous? Were you disappointed when you didn't get reviews?

I personally do not think that I'm famous. Yes, I do get quite a number of subscribers on my stories, and I would be lying if I said that I wasn't happy/proud of my achievements. But I am not famous. I may have a featured story, but I personally didn't think that I deserve that title. There are other stories who deserved the spot I've taken there. And no, I wasn't disappointed nor was I surprised that I didn't get reviews for my works. Like I said, I'm not famous. It's fairly normal for me to not get reviewed when I'm just a normal writer. :)

40. Do you write every day?

Don't we all? ㅋㅋㅋ But yes, I do write everyday. I might not update everyday, but I do write up the chapters, little by little, everyday until I publish it ^^

41. How often do you think of new storylines and how do you get around to actually write them?

I don't usually think of new storylines. They're usually storylines that I've came up with long ago and I've been dying to write about them since then. But when I do think of new storylines (like You Want Me, that was spontaneous as heck). I usually just write them as I please. I'll come up with a general outline that I call a box,  add a few important elements, the main characters, and a cover, which is the ending. Yes. I usually think of an ending before I start the story. That's how I write my stories. 

42. How do you come up with your stories?

It's all out-of-the-blue. Really. I came up with A Bad Boy's Bride when I was in the state of depression. I lost friends, I started distancing myself from my family. I lost myself. So I decided to express all my feelings in Daesom's point of view in order to get rid of the uncomfortable feeling that I still couldn't tell my family. It's painful, but at least I knew where to relieve myself off the pain. I came up with Practice Love when I was at the end of my first semester in Melbourne. I was on a long hiatus, but I've came back for the same reason - to put my feelings into words and convey them to the world. I didn't have any particular reason to write Practice Love or You Want Me, but that's because I was genuinely happy this time. (And Flaws of a Perfection is a crack, I swear. Lol.)

43. Do you write your stories ahead or do you write it randomly?

I do not plan my story chapters. Like I said in question 41, I would come up with a general plot which I call the box, I would put in the main characters and other important elements, and I'll make a cover, which is the ending to wrap up the story. The contents will be empty until I come up with something and throw it into the box. So yes, they're all random. 

44. How do you get the inspiration to write all of those romantic scenes?

I don't think they're romantic mainly because I haven't experienced any of this sort, but I've read enough to know how far I can get. I usually get inspirations from books, mangas and animes when I need a cheesy scene, lol.

45. How did you manage to write a beautiful storyline for A Bad Boy's Bride? 

That is one of the stories where I would pour all my feelings into words. The story isn't exactly the same as what I've experienced, but the feelings that the main characters felt was exactly the same as how I've felt back then. A Bad Boy's Bride was my sanctuary. It's a pandora box that allows me to store all my feelings inside. It's is also a story of what I should have done but didn't. It is a place for me to redeem myself for what I have kept inside. I wouldn't call it a beautiful story, but I have put in too much effort into the story that I almost lost myself. That is probably why it felt... Different compared to other stories I guess.

46. Who is your favorite idol to write about?

I enjoy writing stories with an "angst" tag. I realized that I always take the "angst" tag seriously. And to accomodate with all the pain and anxiety I'll put in a character, I'll say that Kai, Suga, Jungkook and V would be my favorite idols to write about. 

47. Do you plan on writing EXO fanfictions sometime in the future?

I am writing one right now. It's The Butterfly's Song. It's currently on a hiatus because I'm trying to structure the element properly, but I'll get back in the game soon. 

48. What do you think about your readers?

It would be nice if they would want to talk to me in person. Like every other author, I do love my readers. But rather than to treat them as readers, I'd rather treat them as friends. I want to communicate with them, to talk to them and understand them. I don't mind silent readers, I said this before in one of my blog posts. I don't care if you're not going to comment on my stories for as long as you enjoyed it. Even though I do appreciate it if you'd love to have a chat with me in private. I don't bite, really. I really don't. 

49. Do you read all the comments? 

Of course I do. I might not reply them immediately, but I do read all the comments, all the criticisms and all the suggestions diligently and would reply to every single one of them gratefully. 

50. Do you enjoy reading the reader's comments?

Trust me, we all do. Upvotes aside, subscribers and comments takes a major role in motivating a writer to write more here. To me, subscribers didn't really matter, the comments keep me entertained when my story was still ongoing. I never really pay attention to the upvotes, I never really bother to click on the "new subscriber" notification either. That notification has stayed there for as long as I came back to AFF (lol). But I would click on the "New comments" notification whenever I see one. I might not reply that quick because I hate replying on my phone, but I will once I have my laptop with me. 

51. What's your favorite fanfiction (at the moment)?

I am a huge "angst" story reader. And it's generally difficult for me to find a good "angst" story especially when I browse through the tag itself. I would be frank with you. I can barely feel the anxiety everytime I try to read a story from the "angst" tag, which half-explained why I gave up on finding a fanfiction and would only read some that has been highly recommended by the others. There is one that I personally enjoyed until now, but the writer has taken down all her stories. It was a pity, but it was good while it lasted. So no, I don't think I have a favourite now. Not any more, at least. Some where great, but they just weren't as good as the ones I've read back then.

Education 

52. What is your favorite book?

I don't have a current favourite because I hadn't been reading any novels other than my textbooks. So, I'm sorry, I can't give you one. Perhaps the classic Harry Potter would be nice. 

53. What university course are you taking right now?

I am currently taking Business Management, but I plan to change it to something I personally enjoy doing more. I couldn't stand the idea of studying something I don't like, and I'm wasting most of my type for it. 

54. Which university do you go to in Melbourne?

I'm sorry. But I can't give out any information regarding this matter. Let's keep this a secret, shall we? :) 

55. What school subjects are you good and bad at?

I am generally good at languages (other than Malay). I am also good at Math and Arts. I am bad at chemistry because we don't have chemistry (It was supposed to be funny back then). I'm kidding, I'm bad at it only because I'm too lazy to read it. I'm also bad at geography because I hate the world map. 

56. Are you good at Math?

Yes, I am. 

57. Are you a science/math person or a literature person? 

Neither. I'm more of an Arts person. I enjoy drawing more than anything in the world. 

58. What is your favorite subject?

Arts. 

Travel 

59. You're a Malaysian, but have you been to every state in Malaysia?

No, I have not been to every state in Malaysia. I would love to, but I only have this much time and motivation to travel. 

60. I read that you were going to travel to Sydney alone. Isn't it a little too boring to do that? 

No! it's definitely a great experience to travel alone for once! It gives me the freedom to do whatever I want without being held down. It's the freedom that makes it great. You should try that sometimes. :) 

Random 

61. Given the chance to turn back time once, what would you do? 

I wouldn't do that. The past are scars to remind me of myself. They shaped who I am today, and I'd rather keep it as it is than to turn back time in order to change it. 

62. Best moment in life?

When I have food with me. Right here, right then.

63. Between family and friends, whom would you choose?

I would side neither. It all depends on who was right in that situation. I wouldn't go with the "families should stick to each other" thing. I just don't. I never pick sides unless I know which side is more reasonable and which isn't. So no, I wouldn't choose a side in this. I stay neutral until I know who's right and who's wrong. 

64. The most embarrassing moment in your life?

I accidentally kicked my cousin in the balls. It was the most embarrassing moment of his life. It was fun for me. 

65. Do you have any life quote of yourself or any quote that you like? 

I have learned the beauty of this anonymous quote: "Smile, but never let your guard down". Because I have learned that you can never fully trust anyone without expecting a heartbreak in the end, so I'd smile while it lasts, but never invest too much knowing that it might fail. 

66. What's the most annoying that that's ever done to you? 

Talking behind one's back is one thing. Being an idiot is another. I personally dislike people who don't know what they're talking about. I dislike the fact that people can criticize someone without knowing that they have been doing the same bloody thing. Yes, you're given the freedom-of-speech. But please, think before you speak. I don't enjoy reading or listening to whatever you said that hasn't been filtered/processed in your brain. Not at all. 

67. What is the food you hate the most?

Carrots. I hate carrots. 

68. What's your favorite dish?

I love everything that has to do with the word food and doesn't include carrots (and sea cucumbers, they scare me). 

69. What is your greatest fear?

My greatest fear is fear itself. I'm kidding, I have Acrophobia and Nyctophobia. I sleep with my lights on all the time. 

70. What is the job you want to do/be after you graduate?

I would love to work at home, thank you very much. But the society doesn't work that way, so I'll probably be someone who sits in front of her computer all day with a program opened in front of her face just so people would know that she's doing something. 

71. Have you ever fallen in love?

No. I have not experienced "love" yet. Everything I wrote are artificial. They're based on what I've read about. 

72. What kind of person do you think doesn't deserve a second chance in life?

No one. Everyone deserves a second chance in life no matter how much of a scumbag they were/still are. 

73. When do you think is the best age to get married?

When you're ready to. Age is just a number, it doesn't matter when you get married. 

74. In an alternate universe where you can basically control everything about yourself. Who would you be(come) and marry?

I'll rather be myself and stay single for the rest of my life. 

75. What's your opinion about liberal lives?

No comment. I'm just generally not interested in things like these :)

76. What do you think of the new world order?

I wasn't aware of it, I'm sorry.

77. As a girl, do you think using a mini outfit is a sin? Shame? or something like hurting their own pride?

Everyone has the rights to dress however they like. It's never a sin to dress however you like, nor should you be ashamed of yourself when you hold pride in how you dress. 

78. What do you think about believes, faith and religion? 

You can believe and have faith in your religion, but never let a religion control your life. You can keep to your believes and faiths, but never let it take over your life. That's what I believe, and that's what I put faith in. 

79. Do you think that knowledge is power?

Knowledge is a part of power. It's not everything. 

80. What do you think about hedonism and pragmatism?

I apologize as English isn't my first language. I actually had to google that in order to understand what you meant. And from what I read, hedonism is the pursuit of self-indulgence? I don't have a personal opinion regarding that matter because well, everyone does that. As for pragmatism, if I did understand this correctly, that is exactly what I would do in different situations.

Thank you. I wouldn't say that I look like a cow. I am fairly aware that I look decent as a human being. So thank you for the compliment. Still. As of how... I would suggest you to ask my mother instead. Anndddd I'm pretty sure you're just as beautiful as everyone can be. :) 

83. What kind of music genre you like and listen to?

Anything. I listen to anything as long as I like it. 

84. Do you have a bucket list? If yes, can you tell us? 

I have a list of where I want to travel to, but I don't have a bucket list of what I want to do before I die. So, I'm sorry, I've got nothing to share. 

85. What's your favorite number?

To be honest, I don't have a favourite number.

86. What is your childhood dream? Did it change now as you grow older?

I wanted to be an artist. Not a music artist, but an actual artist. It changed overtime as I realize how cruel the world can get, and now I just want to sleep. 

87. What kind of person do you hate the most?

People who don't think before they speak. I dislike people who talks before they think it through. I personally do not enjoy being called a  when I have never done anything to offend you in any way at the moment of time. I do not enjoy being curse at for not apparent reason at all. And mostly, I do not enjoy listening to your brainless comment when clearly, you don't even know what you're talking about. Jokes aside, I find serious offence whenever someone insults me when I clearly did nothing to them. 

88. What do you do to relieve the stress that you experienced from school/studying?

I do the four main things: I will eat, draw, write or sleep when I'm stressed out. I would turn off my phone or shut myself away from the people I know when I'm stressed because... They make things worse. 

89. Are you an anti-social person?

As you can see, I am sort of anti-social. 

90. How often do you smile?

As often as when I see Bangtan Bombs. 

91. Do you ever feel alone of depressed? 

I once did. But now I'm used to being alone that I fear that I'm starting to enjoy being alone. 

92. Have you joined any charity organization? 

I planned to. But I didn't have the time to. 

93. How was your relationship with your relatives?

Awkward. Mostly because I don't talk much. 

94. Are you into politics?

No. I find them pointless to begin with.

95. What is the meaning of TeaMinT? I have been curious for so long. Hehehe. 

It was actually a random name I came up with. I honestly wasn't expecting myself to stay here for so long. I was drinking Mint Tea when I sign up for this. Lol. 

96. If you were super tired and super hungry, would you eat or sleep first?

Sleep. My brain needs oxygen. Food can wait. 

97. Can you paint? If so, what type of paintings?

I can draw, but I'm not good with colours.

I guess you're in luck. I recently found time to sketch/draw again. Here are my work:

99. What are you obsessed about (other than kpop)? 

Kimchi. Give me a tub of kimchi and I'll finish it within a week. That's how crazy I am for kimchi. 

100. Do you enjoy singing and/or rapping? If so, which one do you think you're better at?

Everyone enjoys singing/rapping. I do, too. I don't think I'm all that great in this aspect, but I tried? And I definitely better at rapping. I think. Lol.
