Hey guys! Calling to those who are interested in joining a broadcasting company right here on AFF for the entertainment companies set up here! TeaMinT has this really exciting project going on and she needs all the help she can get <3

As you guys might or might not know, AFF has a few entertainment industries here and there. I've gone through the song covers made by groups in DREAM Entertainment and I must say, these people are really talented! So as an effort to promote the cover groups, this project is made to give them more attention!

Anyway, I've applied and so can you guys! I'll list the different jobs and their job scopes in this blog post, if you wish to know more, you can go directly to TeaMinT's blogpost and leave a comment there :3 I am positive it's going to be fun HAHA

 

There are different parts of the channel, and it's literally like the programs our idols go on. The basics are Music Charts, Song Promotions and TV Programs! For more details you can head over to the blog.

 

There are career vacancies as well and they are the:

Administrative / Management Department

- Channel Manager (Company Admins) : Responsible for all administrative work including vote counts, data administration and transfer. In the AFF website itself, they are responsible for writing broadcast updates & news, upload music videos/song releases on the AFF channel and respond to comments

- Recruitment / Audition Manager : Also known as Scouting managers. They are responsible for staff/host/voice actor recruitment and auditions as well as scouting for new song releases / debuts. The recruitment team are expected to have keen and strict eye for talents. Because we want only the best in our family.

 

Marketing & Event Department

- PR Manager : Responsible for broadcast advertisements and promotions. Individuals are expected to be able to communicate with the audience in order to promote and expand the broadcast system's reputation as well as the popularity of the broadcast program.

- Marketing Manager : Responsible for broadcast advertisements, promotions, and packaging. Individuals are expected to be able to think of innovative marketing strategies to draw audiences' attention to promote the broadcast program. You are expected to work with the PR team and the Technical Team in the company.

- Event Manager : The Event Management Team are expected to come up with innovative and creative events in order to keep the broadcast system running. The Event team is expected to propose annual event schedules and delegate the following schedules to the Broadcast Company.

 

Production Department

- Screenwriters : Also known as "script writers". They're expected to be fluent in English and is capable of coming up with interesting and creative speech / scenarios for the broadcasts that we provide for the audience. The screenwriters are also responsible in explaining the script to the participants and monitor the filming process with the film director in order to achieve the highest quality results.

- Producers : Responsible for monitoring the video production process. The producer's job scope includes script discussion with the Screenwriters, role delegation, film cast selection (interviews etc.)

 

Technical Department

- Video Editors (the camera man): Responsible for anything that is related to video editing and is expected to be able to work well with the production department in order to produce the highest quality broadcast films to the audience.

- Graphic Designers : Responsible for making banners, logos, posters and image resources for the video team, the administrative department and PR team.

- Sound Editor / Composer : They are responsible for the sound effects and background music of the broadcast. Sound editors are also expected to be able to edit individual vocal files in order to give a clearer message delivered to the audience.
