Help?

Hello~

I'm posting because I've been incredibly stupid and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything that could help me. Thank you, lovelies <3

So, I had a terrible day today, so to make up for it I bought california rolls for dinner. I was all the way through one roll when I realized the lettuce had been wrapped really tightly in a really thin, flexible kind of plastic-ish material.

Basically, I ate plastic. (fml)

My mum made me eat bread afterwards to help a little, but I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this / if I should be alarmed. My stomach is upset right now and I was just wondering if there's anything I should be doing.

Thank you all so much <3

Okay idk y asian fanfics be eating up my comments but I mentioned that maybe charcoal supplements would help bc they absorb toxins from the body. I think they're given to people who have food poisoning or overdose on medication

What a bad way to end a bad day lmao. Just like everyone else said, it will just leave your system.

Its normal for your stomach to feel uncomfotable and you may have cramps or such but your body will be able to excrete it

You'll be fine it'll be okay I hope

But go visit a doctor if it persists after tomorrow

Plastic probably can't be digested so I think your body will be able to excrete it out of your system. Don't worry too much about it, but if you feel a lot of discomfort in your stomach/intestines, you could consider seeing a doctor?
