Orcs : What to say ? It's kinda the classic kind of monster you find on any mmorpg right ? Orcs in Ragnarok online are located on different maps, one of them being the Orc village. Actually, you can also find female orcs and baby orc on it.

Guillotine Cross : it's the 3rd job of the assassin's class, and to be an assassin, you first need to have a thief. When you play a guillotine cross, you need to have full agi, str and dext. (ndlr : it's actually my fav class, along with the Archer one)
