Umm this is just random but my mind is full of whales now so..

I'm doing masters in forestry and I got an assignment to do a presentation on the sea mammals. I've always been fascinated by whales as a child though I have never seen one in real life. So I took this opportunity to learn a bit more and I can't describe in words how magnificent those animals are.

Did you know a blue whale can weigh about 1,45,000 kg? Wow, thats sure a lot of weight. And do you know the acrobatic, beautiful Orca or the Killer Whale is not technically a whale but a big dolphin? Its fun to learn.

I don't know if its just my thoughts or but we humans do take this world for granted. We go on with our lives not caring about anything else and I think we all should take a moment to recognise all those beings out there. The fact that we share the earth with such great creatures is a blessing itself.

I hope our future generations do get to know about all these too..
