nut he sincerely thinks that jin is the most handsome one and jin is always pleased with this (look how touchy feely he becomes after the declarations) and maybe he spoils him even more XD (ahem!)

Pops in Seoul 7:10 - Jin just randomly mentions, while they are talking to suga about the pink - that Jungkook only wears red..(another example of they always bring up each other in conversations) =]
