Craft #94-95: Sakura earrings and ring set

What am I to do with the hot weather?

Increase the temperature by baking polymer clay pieces. Yay!

These are gifts for my sister. Her birthday is on April 3, Sunday. I still have time to add more.

But what I have at the moment are these pink accessories because she loves pink:

I used my craft puncher. And then shaded the center with wet pastels. I dipped my brush in water in rubbed it on the pastel stick.

And I finally figured out how to attach it to the earring holder haha!

It's a simple design but took me the entire morning to make ^^

Macaron earrings

You have seen this before. It's supposed to be part of her Valentine's Day gift but at the time, Keeper wasn't able to attach it to the earring holders orz Still contemplating what the macaron ring would look like... or if I would make one.

Tonight, I'll paint watercolor sakura blossoms in a branch and macarons for the card.  On one side, I would paint branches and a few blossoms. The sakura earrings and rings would be attached to the branches.

And on the other side, I'll probably fill it with macarons or other pastries.

The main problem is that I'm terrible at anything that requires drawing skills.

Then, I'll try to make some, if not all, of the following gift ideas:

- more rings/earrings: peonies, sunflowers, daisies <-- because it's summer

- Kakashi bookmark/phone plug <-- her favorite character  in Naruto

- red rose bookmark/phone plug <-- She likes Belle. Too bad I don't have a miniature dome or I could have recreated the rose in Beauty and the Best. I bet she'll love that.

- dog paw charms <--- to remind her of Bow and Arrow; paws because I ain't skilled enough to sculpt a miniature Japanese Spitz mix.

- amigurumi dog <--- a nice youtuber gave me a crochet pattern but I don't know  if I'll be able to finish in a week. I naively thought it would be easy. But the pattern is from a japanese book. It has diagrams, some circles... I'll figure it out

- anything Sherlock or The Originals (Klaus)-inspired DIY art/craft <--- she's into Sherlock and a number of American TV series. I forgot most of them but I remember Klaus. His name was mentioned in our past conversations.
