AT HOME honestly, haera doesn't really have an interesting life. it's quite ordinary - she comes home, does whatever homework required, take a nap longer than necessary, stay up late watching makeup videos. the only thing that's worth nothing is how long her beauty schedule is. it's almost memerizing to watch haera go through scrubbing her face, putting on masks, massaging her skin to avoid wrinkles. it takes about two hours.

somehow, she couldn't explain why but there was a different air of tension between the two of them. like, when they'd walk together side by side. they'd done that a million times in the past but wow, for the first time, all haera wanted to do was intertwine her fingers into his. it was as though there was a clip of electricity, a spark threatening to explode. it might be the way that taehyung's eyes lingered on her - haera has had many experiences of being stared at, being admired but taehyung, the way he looked at her was so adoring and loving and for the first time, haera felt geniunely beautiful. or it was the way that her fingers lingered on his hand a second too long when he passed her a cup of drink. or the way that he smiled at her so gently when they slowdanced together, his arms holding onto her waist protectively as she laid her head on his shoulder. or the way their touches grew more gentle - yeah, haera has punched taehyung before and she has ruffled his hair before but this time, it was more soft and affectionate.

suddenly, as they're searching for phone signal and trying to avoid the possible insects on the ground, the touches between taehyung and haera grow more desirous and a little more wanting and a little more craving for closeness. maybe it's the smell of taehyung around her shoulders or the fact that she's been replaying all the times that he's made her smile and all she can see is his lips. it's already bad enough with five potential couples but the is so strong in the air that haera can't take it anymore and just blurts out that, "goddamn i really want to kiss you right now, kim taehyung."
