ELABORATION 

• seola seems to display the "perfect-imperfect" character. she's kind, charming, uber-friendly and caring to anyone and everyone she meets. her overly-hyper tendencies and optimistic charming nature lead many to call her dawn's brightest member. seola totally has this totally open, carefree vibe around herself that most people admire of her. seola is the member that always cracks weird jokes at inaproperiete times and has a snarky comment to have right after anything somebody says. seola has good variety sense. to strangers, she's entergetic, a total girly girl, and funny and fans love her outgoing, sweet personality. while most see her flaws; what makes up for them is a great postitive; seola seems to be very paitent. she can retain a smile even around the most annoying fans. 

 

• "but with her being paitent and kind, it can lead some to call her fake. which, she is, let's be real. no one can always be so entergetic and sweet like she is, so she's obviously fake. because the truth it seola doesn't want most people to see the reckless, irritable side of her. she's a master pretender. pretends to be stupid, though she was the top in her class. pretends to laugh when she really believes it wasn't even funny. but it's all apart of the plan. she's got an image to protect. and seola's always been privledged, and some believe that she seems to be taking advantage of her social status: always saying sly things like, "oh, you can't pay for that? wow..." or "oh don't worry about it, i got it!" seola's actions may come across as sweet and caring, but most believe she's just flaunting off how rich she is. she comes from a wealhy family, has been flowered with opportunities and owns very religoius and self-oriented goals. but this seems to be overshadowed by her snobbiness, of course.

• and seola just seems to be good at anything, and seriously, that means anything. she’s hilarious on and off camera and has numerously proven herself to be daring, whether it coming to her catching chickens, rolling around in mud, revealing her real height or baring her face for all. her honest nature makes most absolutely love her, and they adore that she has an “i don’t care” outlook on what others think of her. when people bashed seola for her totally over the top image and aegyo (which, by the way, we should all know seola is the queen of), the girl didn’t care, and kept doing the same gushy-mushy act everywhere. she has her hilarious moments. this girl is extreamly funny, and does things most people wouldn't be caught dead doing. whether it's showing off body hair. failing all the time in front of her members. dancing like an idiot. making the most unattractive faces possible (though to be honest, all the girls love doing this), and despite being the main vocal, she enjoys doing stupid and hilarious freestyles for everybody to laugh at.

 

• seola's worst dark side probably would have to be her lack of control with her own self. despite seola being quite smart, sometimes her "dumb funny" act isn't just an act. she's scatterbrained, she thinks about a million thoughts a minute, a real disorganized thinker. seola just simply can't think straight, so don't bothing asking, "what are you thinking?" because it's never just one thing, not even just a few things. due to seola being so disorganized, her actions totally seem to show the same thing. seola is a r e c k l e s s child. seola will do stupdi just for the hell of it. like for example, getting that belly button piercing. she was literally 15 when she got it. why? she was sad one day and wanted to do something to piss everyone off. seola, being a senior in high school and a cheerleader, kisses the captian of the football team, who was dating the cheer captain. why? cheer captian made her run 4 extra laps one day. made her mad. so, she does reckless. 
 

• seola was born bright and sunny one september morning 18 years ago in andong, south korea. and yes, despite her name, she was not born in seoul. seola has always had the silver spoon in , ever since the day she was born. no seriously, she's been rolling in the dough. her dad? ceo of the hyundai motor groups! her mom, one of the top professors at korea university. her sister? jo sojin. you know the name sounds familier, she's sojin of nine muses! yes, that's right, seola's already got an idol sister. seola seems just to be following in her footsteps. in the beginning steps in her life, seola has always been the perky, cheer girl in her private hospital. she's literally involved in everything and anything in her high school. in acting club, a dancer, a gymnast, and of course, she's a cheerleader. the peppiest and the fakest of all. seola was that steoretypical, overly-excited cheerleader archetype that people just loved to hate.

 

around the age of 15, seola quickly started to become known as the "school " making her picture perfect, rich household crumble before her eyes. she was totally being abandoned at this time. nobody wanted to be around her, in korea, kissing someone was considering was being the biggest around, which seola did, kissing someone with a boyfriend. more importantly, the captian of the football team, the pride of her school and nearby county. and well, it didn't go along well with anyone, espeically her parents, and more importantly: her dad. her dad's an , bottom line, and thought that little mistake she made, kissing that dude, was a shame to their family. so dumb right? it was just a reckless desicion. so, seola swallows her pride, and simply just coudn't take it anymore. her sister sojin was already off under an entertainment label in south korea, more importantly, star empire entertainment, and is training well. so seola starts to think, maybe she could do it too.

 

and that she did, against the blessing of her father, she goes out and auditions. and seola's pretty much good at everything she does, she's a really good rapper (despite her babyface), and and a flexible girl and a great dancer (due to her gymnastics and cheer), and she's a fairly good singer. and she tried out for star empire. but obviously, she didn't make it. why? well, seola has a hunch. she totally bombed the audition; her voice cracked as she was singing "we are never ever getting back together" by taylor swift, she stumbled on her rap numerous times due to her nervousness, and she did her dance steps all wrong, along with that her music kept skipping. 

so, seola now what? seola goes out and escapes two and half hours away from her hoetown just for heartbreak? seola was not for a second ready to go home with her head held low and feel the wrath of her dad screaming, "I WAS RIGHT! I KNEW YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT! YOUR SISTER IS MORE TALENTED ANYWAY!" was she going to give up? she totally could've, and for a second, she wanted to., but she didn't. so what's next? well, she talks it over with her sister, who gives her that "you're good enough, they don't know what they're missing!" pep talk and they talk over some new labels. the big three was totally out of the picture; at the time, seola was good, but not amazing, and didn't want to join a mainstream company anyhow. so then, they find a perfect middle: dsp! kara and rainbow are under that label, and they're totally amazing. it'd be a perfect middle, and it seems quite fitting for seola. so, little 15 year old seola auditions for dsp media at the age of 15 and sang the song "together," and rapped yubin's part in "this time" by the wonder girls. and she actually danced well this time, to her potential! it literally seemed like a dream when she was accepted to the label. she's determind to work hard.

 

 

RELATIONSHIPS  

• sister - jo sojin (25) - singer/idol - supportive, hardworking, timid, caring - sojin and seola are practically attached at the hip, and since the two are both busy, they talk on the phone every night before they go to sleep and text almost all the time.

• father - jo seoyun - (43) - ceo - stoic, cold, irritable, over-protective, has a temper - seola and her dad don't talk at all whatsoever. she hates him with a burning passion, one thing that she hates is a person that doesn't support her dreams, so they do not talk. but her father is trying to make a comeback in her life somehow.
