!! WOW !!
Dealing with depression and anxiety means that it's harder for me to do things,
accomplish things,or even start-and-or finish things. I've been really stressed out because of school and home life,
thus the less frequent updates of my new story.
But earlier today I came across a post on Tumblr, a masterlist of sorts.
In one particular list of that post, regarding mental health, there was a link to a website called Calm.
Calm is a website to use if you are stressed out or angry, or even sad.
Here you can make an account ( it's really simple ) and you have the option of about 10-20 different scenarios.
The beach, moving clouds, fireplace, etc.
And they include sountracks as well as picture motion, that make you feel extremely calm and at ease.
I just started using it but it is really helping me write!
I advise that if you are looking for something like this, check it ou! It's free, easy to sign up ( no email confirmation, either!!!! ) and it can help.
Anyway, back to working on Chapter 10!
