Got a package sent by your parents? Pick them up on the lobby. Too lazy to clean your room and you’ve got the cash? Call the lobby for some room service. You’re laundry hasn’t been delivered yet? Just go ring the lobby for some updates on it. There is a 24/7 receptionist that would offer a warm welcome to guests and of course to cater to your needs and inquiries. Payments for your rent and complaints are also done in the lobby.

dining area

The dining area offers a menu (that is daily changed) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Payment for the food will be included in the rent. Tenants may opt to have their meals delivered (with additional payment if you choose to do so) in their rooms or in the dining area. If they do not favor the contents of the current menu, tenants can request a certain kind of food that they would like to have which of course requires a fee.

library/study room

The library has the strongest wifi connection (although all floors have one) and is equipped with books both for academics and leisure. The study room also has drafting tables for students taking architecture or engineering. It offers a comfortable and of course healthy atmosphere for tenants to study for school and to do some of their school work. Tenants are reminded to remain silent whilst inside the study room it is of course for their convenience.

Staff in charge of doing the tenants’ laundry are present but of course not all of the tenants can afford the service. The laundry room is open to all tenants who either chooses to do their laundry on their own, or can’t afford to get their laundry to be done for them. No additional payment will be required for the usage of this amenity. The laundry room has a self-service policy and tenants who would like to use will have to produce their own laundry essentials.

A room designed for relaxation and entertainment, when tenants want to take a break from studying this is the place for them. It’s a good venue for movie marathons and for simply lounging with your fellow tenants. This room is soundproof so that tenants studying in the study room across the hall won’t be disturbed. It is the only place in the dormitel where louder than necessary noise levels are tolerated, provided that other tenants within the room is not disturbed.

2nd floor

Male economic rooms are equipped with their own toilet and bath room. It has four beds and four desks and is spacious enough to accommodate four people. It has an air conditioner to keep the cold nights warm and as well as a heater to keep the warm nights chilly. All male economic rooms are painted green and all located in the 2nd floor of the building. Aside from the beddings, tenant are not allowed to change anything. Curtains will be changed by the staff monthly.

3rd floor

Female economic rooms are equipped with their own toilet and bath room. It has four beds and four desks and is spacious enough to accommodate four people. It has an air conditioner to keep the cold nights warm and as well as a heater to keep the warm nights chilly. All female economic rooms are painted purple and are located in the 3rd floor of the building. Aside from the beddings, tenant are not allowed to change anything. Curtains will be changed by the staff monthly.

4th floor

 

male deluxe rooms

Male deluxe rooms are located on the west side of the 4th floor and there are 10 in total. Much like the economic rooms it is equipped with a toilet and bath, air conditioner and a heater. A bed, a desk, a mini fridge and a television set is provided along with the room. The room also has a telephone for easier access to the lobby. Unlike the Economic Rooms, tenants occupying Deluxe Rooms may opt to customize their rooms according to their preference and taste (with a corresponding fee of course).

4th floor

Female deluxe rooms are located on the east side of the 4th floor and there are 10 in total. Much like the economic rooms it is equipped with a toilet and bath, air conditioner and a heater. A bed, a desk, a mini fridge and a television set is provided along with the room. The room also has a telephone for easier access to the lobby. Unlike the Economic Rooms, tenants occupying Deluxe Rooms may opt to customize their rooms according to their preference and taste (with a corresponding fee of course).

5th floor

When tenants feel the need for fresh air or maybe they’re craving for a nice view of the city, the rooftop is the place to be. Some tenants choose to study or do their schoolwork with a scenic view to inspire them. Others would just like to laze around with a book in hand and with the subtle city noise to serenade them. Some tenants also opt out to just hang around to share the events of their day. The rooftop is buzzing with people most of the time and is only accessible from 7 in the morning up to 12 midnight.
