Hey! 'Author-nim' is how some readers refer to the authors. As far as I know,"nim" is some kind of polite way of addressing in korean. An upvote (or vote) is given by a reader when he really likes what you published, it's next to the 'subscribe' button. Do you have any other questions? :)
