personality – Seungyeon is the only child in the family, so she has always been alone since she was a kid. Since she is an introvert, it is very difficult for her to approach new people and to find friends. However, if people approach her, she will happily welcome them and will try so hard to be friends with them. Boys love to be around her since she's very cool and realistic. She's straightforward, and wants people to be straightforward with her too. If she thinks someone is being rude, she's speak up. She expects people to scold her too if they think she's being rude.

background – Seungyeon is from a wealthy family. The reason she was born in Hong Kong was because of her parent's business. They were opening up a new department store in Hong Kong, so they decided to settle down in Hong Kong for a couple of years, where she was first introduced to figure skating and dance, until Seungyeon turned 7. Soon after their business goes stable, they returned to Korea. Her family was very supportive of her decision to do music, but still encouraged her to pursue a higher education at the same time. Seungyeon also made a deal with her parents, that if 3 years down the line, and if her group did not survive in the music industry, she will quit and study harder to help her parents with the business.

Father (Im Seungho) - 59 y.o - Owner of Lippo Department Store in Seoul and Hong Kong - He's a very strict father but he treats Seungyeon as a princess, giving her anything she wants without letting her ask twice.
Mother (Lee Jaekyung) - 52 y.o - Lawyer and also teaches in Seoul University as a Law Professor- She's very loving and would cook for Seungyeon almost everyday. She treats all the members like her own child.

TWICE's Mina - they learned ballet together in Korea, and even competed as a team and won second place during Asia's Top Talent Competition 2013.

The next day, he came to school early since he knew Seungyeon would come an hour early to practice dancing. He anxiously walked towards her and grabbed her wrists, repeatedly telling her, "YOU DON'T HAVE TO REJECT ME BY DEFAMING MY FAMILY!". Seungyeon told him that she did not know anything about it, but he did not believe her. She got really disappointed, cried and yelled at the same time, "YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I WANTED TO KNOW YOU. WHY WOULD I RUIN THAT CHANCE BY DOING SO?". They then solved their misunderstanding and that's how it all started.
