taejun admits that he's a very touchable person. he has a need that he has to touch those close to them and be touched in return. most think he's just a little lonely, but those close to him think it's more of a dependency he's developed due to his background.

kim sangmun : adopted father : 41 : lawyer : despite taejun loving his adopted father for the fact that he adopted him, they've never had a good relationship to begin with. he was always distant and strict with taejun. he wanted what was the best for taejun, even if that meant that taejun would end up resenting him in the end. he did not approve of taejun's career choice, but he deals with it because he does love his adopted son deep down.
kim joomi : adopted mother : 39 : accountant : taejun was closer to his adopted mother, but it still wasn't like normal mother-son relationships. she hardly coddled taejun when something bad would happen. she was also rather strict, not wanting to baby the boy and have him becoming like one of those stupid rich kids who mooch off their parents' money. she also wanted the best for taejun. she didn't approve of taejun's decision of becoming an idol at first, but the idea grew on her when she saw how much dancing made him happy.
