Caring unnie - Min Hee has always been very caring towards other staff and trainees but mostly towards the members. She likes to think of the members as her adoptive daughters and since their parents cant be there to make sure they are all doing okay, she takes it upon herself to take care of them.

Working hard? Or hardly working? - Min Hee works very hard and is very focused when it comes to her job. She will always try to make sure that the members schedule aren't too crazy and that they can even have small breaks within the day. She often stays back late at the agency, monitoring performances and making sure everything would be in order for the next day.

Always look on the bright side - Min Hee is a very optimistic woman who likes to see the bright side in any situation, especially when it comes to the members worrying about things. She will always try to calm them down and get them to see the light of the situation. She always tries to be cheerful around the members when they have long days in the hopes that maybe they will feel better.

Like a father - Much like a father, when it comes to her babies (the members), Min Hee can't help but be protective. If something were to ever happen to one of the members, even something small like a scraped knee, Min Hee would be there as fast as she could to make sure everything was okay. She is especially protective when it comes to the members love interets and without realsing it, she will sometimes become very over protective and try to intimidate them like a father would to someone his young daughter would date.

Telling it like it is - Min Hee is very goosd at being objective and will often be blunt and straight forward when it comes to telling the members information or telling the members how she thinks they could improve. She will sometimes watch practices and tell the members what she thinks needs improving.
 

Too busy caring about others - As much as she loves and takes care of the members, that all comes at a cost. Sometimes Min Hee would be too busy taking care of the members that she will sometimes forget to take care of herself.

background » Kim Min Hee was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. Min Hee lived a very average life as a kid. She would always go out to play with her friends, attend kindergarten and primary school. She always tended to make friends no matter where she went. It was around this age that she gained her love for singing and dancing. She would often see first generation idols perform on TV and wish she could be like them. When she was 12 she finally convinced her parents to let her start attending vocal classes. She continued to sing all through her school life, participating in every talent show she could and sometimes even winning those shows.

When she was 19 she decided to audition for a lesser known agency at the time. After a short time she received a call back and after the small audition process she was accepted as a trainee. She would train as hard as she could, always staying late and going in early to work on her dancing and vocals. She would spend as much time with the vocal trainer as she possibly could and it's good that she did because it finally paid off. When she was 24, she was all set to audition with a group as the main vocalist and leader, but unfortunately before the group was able to make their debut, the agency went bankrupt and the group was no longer able to debut. After that, Min Hee looked around and auditioned as much as she could but she would always get told she was 'too old' to train to debut with a group.

Min Hee felt so lost she had no idea what to do... that was until she found ATLAS. They told her it would be hard for her to debut, but her vocals were wonderful and she should consider becoming a vocal trainer for them. She accepted and soon entered ATLAS as a vocal trainer. While she was at ATLAS she would often see managers talking with other staff and interacting with the trainees they took care of. Min Hee thought that if she coulden't make her dream come true to become an idol, she would still like to help others who have the chance to so Min Hee made the move to become a manager at ATLAS.
