What does it mean?

so the other day (my birthday) the guy im hopelessly inlove with messaged me. I was so happy! so we talked for a while and we were on the subjectg of being hit on and he was all and I quote. "man I wish I even remotely felt like i was you type." and when i asked him what he meant he just told me "forget that last part. well dont forget it. i just didnt mean to say it." and once agian I asked agian (being the persistant/nosey/curious person I am) he just said maybe nextime and called me kiddo agian then he never replied.

why does he have to be such a tease TT^TT I mean srsly it makes me crazy. and I know he knows im crazy about him. If someone could explain this to me it would make me feel alot better. boys are fustrating

Okkayy!! So here's an explanation for you:
First of all, he knows that you like him, obviously. And he obviously thinks that you're cool and so on, he probably likes you as well. But based on what he said about you being a kiddo, you must be younger than him? Is it a big ? He feels like he is too old or too something so that you wouldn't match. He probably likes you but doesn't want anything cause he thinks it wouldn't work and since he cares for you he doesn't want to hurt you. This is based on the fact that me doesn't feel like you two are compatible.
Just tell him honestly how you feel, I don't think you'll lose anything with it, it can only be a good thing. I mean, your situation is good, he definitely likes you :D
