APPEARANCE x a gentleman ever since he came of age, woosung has never left home without a suit and tie. he has sharp-looking eyes and a stern look on his face when he remains neutral. his pitch dark hair matches the color of his suit jacket. he has average height for a man his age but he's a bit leaner than average. his most distinct features are his cheekbones and his soul-piercing glares which are often sent towards people who look at him funny. he also has dimples but don't show them much because they ruin his image of being menacing. also, he has a tattoo on the back of his neck that says '007' as mentioned before.

BACKGROUND x

 

at a young age, woosung was told that he was gonna be like his dad. he was going to inherit the family's comapny and become a millionare. he was going to rule the world. women everywhere would drop their handkerchiefs at the sight of him and he would be idolized by young boys. and he was gonna have a pretty girl to call his wife and they were going to have children and then his children might have grandchildren. and he was gonna live the rest of his life in retirement as a father, a husband, and a millionare. he had it all planned out by the age of 8. he was gonna make a pretty classmate his wife and they were gonna have so much children, so much lovely children. so what if everyone thought he was just some rich spoiled brat? they didn't have rich parents so they couldn't speak on his behalf! it didn't matter to him anyway; woosung was better than them.

 

but all that came crashing down when a stray cigarette touched a curtain in his parents' bedroom. and when the curtain caught aflame, it did not awaken any of the parents. and when the flame spread to their wallpaper and across the rug on their floor, it did not awaken them at all. only then did the blanket was burning already did the parents wake up with a loud shriek and they prayed hard to god for their own son; for they knew that it was too late for them.

 

they called it a miracle. apparently, god had heard their prayers and protected woosung from the fire. the church hailed him as a blessed little boy but all woosung wanted to do was move away from the trouble. so when his father's much younger mistress asked if he wanted to come to paris, he accepted it.

 

during his time in paris, woosung had made a lot of mischevious friends there and he's still deciding if he accidentally joined a gang or not. but his friends didn't care about who woosung was before, they cared that he was safe and sound and enjoyed their company.

 

one night, his friends had told him about their plan to murder an abusive father. at first, woosung was against that idea. but after a lot of persusion, woosung was part of the plan. he was supposed to stand guard at first but when the abusive father found out about the plan, he had chased his own son and all his other friends out of the house and when someone gave him a knife, he saw the father coming to him.

 

instantly, everything went blurry. he wasn't even sure he could hear anymore except muffling yells and screams and where those police sirens? but when he came back to reality, he had just realized that the knife was deep inside the father's chest.

 

woosung was terrified. he let go of the knife without even realizing that he was holding it in the first place and fled from the place. the police didn't want the public to think that a gang of teenage boys were going around killing fathers so they covered it up the best they could. after that night, woosung made a sort-of blood pact with the boys, swearing that they would never reveal what happened that night.

 

a year after that incident, woosung got blackmailed by a mysterious stranger that claimed that he had evidence what happened that night and wouldn't reveal it unless he joined an underground organization called 'joker.xx.' woosung couldn't take any risks and ran away from the house that he shared with his late father's mistress. he regrets ever running away. not because he hated joker.xx but because she had been the only person in the world he could relate to.

 

while he was training, the only thing he could focus on is the fact that if his father wasn't such a heavy smoker, if his parents weren't such heavy sleepers, if they had woken up at the right time and brought themselves to safety, then maybe life would be a lot better. maybe he wouldn't have to run away to paris. maybe he wouldn't have killed that father.

 

 

flash to the present and take a look at woosung now, fresh from an assassination of local politician who thankfully didn't get enough recognition yet. he wipes away the blood from his neck and the dust from his shoulders. and before the police could come, he fleds the scene. yet another mission perfectly executed.

 

TRIVIA x

NAMES he prefers using his real name than his actual name. it makes him remember that he is indeed a human and not just some monster slash killer.

JUKEBOX woosung likes listening to old french songs, mostly from the 20s or 50s. he used to drift off to sleep while listening to the soothing sounds of the record playing in his time in france. now they're practically whale sounds for him; he can't go to sleep without them.

PYROPHOBIA because of his haunted past, woosung can't bear the sight of fire. he strays away from missions involving any type of setting fire to something.

GENTLEMAN with his traditional yet charming manners and sharp-looking suits, woosung often gets mistaken as a wealthy businessman.

SMOKING woosung doesn't smoke but he does indeed drink. "WHEN I'M ON MY DEATH BED, LIGHT A CIGARETTE AND PLACE IT IN BETWEEN MY LIPS CAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY TIME I'LL EVER WANT TO SMOKE; OLD, WRINKLY, AND NEARLY EXPIRED." - jung woosung.

FRIENDS woosung doesn't have many friends, as he's independant on most of his missions and prefers to be self-sufficient rather than carrying along 'dead weight.' however, he is nice to most of the other members and is very respectful towards ares.

RELATIONSHIPS x

miyoung was woosung's first friend. at the tender age of 10, he had met a 16-year-old miyoung who he would later found out was his father's mistress. apparently, if miyoung gave him the pleasure he needed, then he would give her money to spend. maybe something along the lines of 'sugar baby' would fit the description better. a spunky, fun, and rebellious girl who could lure any man into bed with her. woosung had hung out with miyoung a lot, often at the mall spending money or driving around in the new car that his father had brought her. after his father's death, she asked him if he wanted to move to paris with her, where her rich boyfriend was living, and he had accepted her without thinking. during their stay, miyoung had treated woosung as if he was his own mother more than treating him like a little brother. they don't talk that much ever since woosung had ran away but she sends letters on important holidays. he keeps a pack of them under his pillow and doesn't admit to keeping them there; instead, he lies about how he burns each and every one of them.

 

STRENGTHS x 

STEALTH some say that woosung strikes so quietly and quickly, that you're last thought will be wondering what had just happened. that's one of the reasons why people get kinda scared when woosung gets quiet; you don't know what's gonna happen. he would step towards you quietly and hold his breath for a strangely long time. he'd strike you when you're in a calm state and you're not expecting anything at all. then, he would quickly strike you, either putting a gun through your head or plunging a knife into your scalp, then leave you. the last sight you would ever see would be the blurred vision of woosung walking away.

WEAKNESSES x

FIRE as told earlier, woosung has a bad history with fire. he refuses to do missions that include fires and tends to stray away from them. even though ares would insist that he should go to threapy and get rid of his pyrophobia for once and all, woosung refuses, stating that nothing would get rid of his memories. nonetheless, he would go on missions that include fire (blame ares) but he brings someone along to do his dirty deeds and does everything else.

LONE WOLF woosung doesn't really like working along with anyone. he prefers his missions to be done perfectly and in order to do that, he has to be alone. he doesn't like carrying around dead weight nor does he like to hear the chit-chatter of his partner. he will only accept bringing someone along if that person can set things on fire. you could imagine him as the classmate that always asks the teacher if anyone could work alone.

STAMINA x

ENDURANCE woosung can't run quite fast. as a little boy, he's always found a way to get out of gym class or just simply skip it altogether mostly but he had no idea that it would catch up to him anyways. but he would also run around the garden when he was younger and he has 'such strong lungs' as his mother would say with a sweet-as-sugar smile. even though woosung can't escape by running fast, he can escape in other ways with his stealth such as through vents or escaping a building without attracting much attention.

WEAPONS x

GLOCK 19 woosung was never graceful with knives, with the small fading scars on his shoulders and calves to prove it, so he took up training in guns. with precise accuracy and quic reactions, woosung has made quite a name for himself. but, of course, there will always be other men who are better than him. he uses two glock 19s, identical to each other, and puts them in two seperate concealers on each side.

ETC x

TWO-FACED don't be fooled by that charming smile and manners, you'll be dead by the end of the night anyways. woosung has always used his skill of french to charm the ladies, and sometimes the men, and who knows? maybe they'll end up in bed. but just when you think he's giving you a warm embrace, you won't even notice the knife that points at your back.
