Minguk grew up to look more like his father, out of the three he resembles their old man the most. Dyeing his hair is something that Minguk has been dying to do lol see what I did there? xD, but his mother does not approve of this. She says that he’s only allowed to do so when he’s old enough, meaning when he’s legal. So needless to say Minguk has never dyed his hair before. Minguk’s pale skin is void of any type of skin vandalism (his mother’s term, not mine) or otherwise known as tattoos. He has become muscular for his occupation and is a little buffer (although not ridiculously buff) than the face claim.

The Nation’s Triplets wasn’t only known for their cuteness and mischievous antics but they were also known for their chic fashion despite of being young. But that was because of their father’s choice of clothes. Minguk would then find out, later in life, that he had no skill in the art of choosing clothes. It never really mattered for him, after all, he never really understood why clothes mattered so much. It was only later on that his best friend’s sister (who is a stylist by the way) took pity on his poor fashion. She then appointed herself as Minguk’s personal stylist and since then he’s been getting texts to buy random clothing that supposedly looked great on him.

Minguk grew up to be a strong believer that life doesn’t define the kind of person that you would become, rather people define the kind of life that they wanted to live. Early on he decided that he would not live his life waiting for things to happen, but rather he would use his abilities to achieve the things that he wanted in life. And even in the simplest of situations Minguk doesn’t wait for instructions to be made, he acts on immediately when he knows that something must be done. He has the initiative to do what is necessary and he doesn’t hesitate to help when he knows that it is in his ability to do so.

"Not smart enough to know everything, but dumb enough to try everything"
As a child, Minguk was a complete scardy cat. Out of the three he’s known to be the easiest to get scared of a lot of things. As he grew up, Minguk has come to see that life is too short to allow your fears to limit what you do. He believes that being fearless isn’t about being void of fear, but rather facing your fears even when it scares the living daylights out of you. Whenever there’s an adventure willingly presenting itself to him, he would readily dive in head first (sometimes literally). Its not as if he’s on a continuous quest of looking for his death, he just enjoys the feeling of being able to do something that completely terrifies him.

"I'm not a pushover. What do you mean I'm unnecessarily nice?"
Minguk was raised by his parents to be a nice person and he is in so many ways. He is polite and undeniably kind, always ready to lend a helping hand when it is needed. But sometimes, Minguk is too kind for his own good. Actually if you look up the word ‘pushover’ in the dictionary, you wouldn’t be able to find. Instead in its place, you would Minguk’s name. Even as a kid Minguk has always seem as a pushover and even as a teenager he is. He’s kind up to the point that some people take advantage of this kindness, he gives way for people who are not deserving in slightest bit.

"You're not human unless you're able to sympathize with others"
One can never say that we feel another person’s pain when we’re not experiencing it ourselves. We do, however, see the pain in their eyes and the way their lips dips into a frown and that’s when we understand what they’re going through. Minguk is quick to sympathize with other people, he doesn’t like seeing people in pain. He is very familiar with the feeling of wanting to be able to comfort people when they’re going through something. He wants to extend his help in any way that he possibly can. His busy schedule has been hindering him to do volunteer work so instead he donates some of his earnings to charity works.

"I can be lazy too! Just wait till I finish my homework"
Minguk knows how to have fun, he does, seriously. It's just that sometimes he minds his work too much. He believes in the saying “Play hard, work harder.” And if you ask him, no, it’s not the other way around. When he starts something, he’s set to finish it. He hates the feeling of knowing that he still has something to be done. He always works on his school projects before the deadline, sometimes bringing them to work and then working on them when he’s on break. Now this is where it becomes bad, he’s supposed to be resting during those times but he’s still working. Minguk always has the tendency to overwork himself.

Minguk was once dubbed as the show’s Aegyo Prince, and even as a teenager he still is charming. But not in the same way as he was before, he definitely does not want to do aegyo anymore. He is however, charming both young and old ladies, with his manners and his humble responses to the endless compliments thrown at him. Instead of bragging about his good qualities that are being mentioned, he would laugh it off and deny it. Some people also find him adorable due to his playful antics, which something that he retained from childhood. The reason doesn’t, people are unable to deny that Minguk is quite a charmer.

"Our five senses are not complete without the sixth: common sense"
Even as kid, Minguk has shown signs of being intelligent. To his credit, he did grow up to be smart. But unlike other intelligent people, Minguk isn’t book-smart. He is street-smart, which means that he’s not only knowledgeable of facts from a book but he also has practical knowledge about how things work. Now you may assume that this is completely a good trait but it isn’t entirely. This trait of him becomes an avenue for people to develop a prejudice on him. Some people easily assumes that he's a know-it all, which is of course unfair on Minguk’s part.

"Sometimes it feels like people are hiding underneath masks"
Minguk does not have trust issues, let’s just say he’s a little bit cautious of the people that he trusts. After all, he did have a fair share of people who wanted to be friends with him simply because he was a popular kid (in his case, not just school based). It’s actually even hard for him to acknowledge that a lot of people know his name. Minguk wants to associate himself with people who would not see him as the face plastered on magazines and shown on TV. Which is why he is very careful about the people that he trusts and he considers as friends. He’s not paranoid about it, but he’s just extra careful.

At age ten, Minguk decided that he wanted to be an actor and continue to model some brands. For five years he was signed under his father’s agency which was C-JeS Entertainment. But when he entered he decided that he would stop acting but instead concentrate on his studies and in modelling. He signed under W Agency Inc at age 17 (16 intl age) just before he went to high school.
