park ha ni or honey was born on july 25 1995 at busan, south korea. she also grew up there. her family consists herself, her parents, and two older brother. her mother is chinese, that's why she know mandarin well. as she was the only daughter in the family, she have some problem to socializing with girls. she will bewildered when she with people her like or love.  she always follows her older brothers play basketball, soccer and more. that's why she's very skilled in those games. her father always taught her how to be a caring among people around her and her mother always teach her how to be a good wife. Her eldest brother, park kang jun work as a mechanic in busan and her older brother, park yun jin work as a barista at a cafe in seoul. kang jun teach her how to repair something easily and yun jin always teach her how to make best coffee. both of her parents didn't work.
 
as her boyish personality, her parents sent her into a martial arts class when she's in middle school. she start interested with music when she in high school. as she came home from school, she heard a nice song from the nearest shop. she fell in love with the melody. from that, she decided to make her own song and show it to the whole world. she start attending a singing class and also learn how to play guitar and piano. she enter a singing competition that held by her school. she sang because of you by kelly clarkson and won first place.
 
when she heard that an entertainment held an audition to take a new trainee, she immediately told her parents that she wanted to join that audition. at first her parents didn't allowed her but when they see her interest in singing and music, they agreed. in september 14 2010, she tried her luck by went to the audition. she sang when you're gone by avril lavigne. she also dance to 2ne1's fire. luckily she got passed and accepted to be a trainee at xing's entertainment. she been trained for 3 years when the company announced that they want to debut a first girl-group. honey chosen to debut with the group because of her trainee experience and her singing ability. the group named solar consists 4 others trainee. the journey of honey become an idol start then.
