The MV is about the girl getting cancer and she tells GD's friends. TOP suggests that she should leave him, so he won't be as sad. The girl agrees and GD thought that the girl actually left him. But she didnt.<br />
At the day of her surgery, Taeyang couldn't deal with it anymore. & he tells GD. GD runs to the hospital and TOP explains to him that the girl actually loved him really much.<br />
And that's when he sees the girl die ;[ HUHU
