Yes everyone I truly did and I'm the one who forged it myself!

Except the sword not made out of metal

(cause that's just dangerous, even using aluminium foil; yes people use it to make weapons in the prison)

Anyway, I've done it for hours straight,only taking toilet and food breaks for 30 mins for 3 times.

It's made out of recycled cardboard boxes, tapes, staplers, poster colour.

See, I've prepared the items and the template for the sword. It doesn't look much yet now.

 

 

Done with the template and I'm doing two more just in case. Oh, you can't see that, nvm.

So here, I'm struggling doing the helm; that's the half rounded thingy there before the handle and the pommel, the end of the sword.

I had to use the knife to sculpt the cardboard boxes by hand and it took me awhile. The blade and the handle was easy.

when I happen to clamp all four pieces together, it was flapping all over the place at some parts of the blade.

Why the blade is in pieces? Because I make it harder for myself that's why. I had to use the stapler to connect every each of them other, piece by piece.

I've made several error while taping them all four together so I had to undo and redo everything and retaping everything and adding some wooden ice cream sticks in the sword for extra support to avoid wibbly wobbly.

Thank Goodness the tapes were enough! I almost canceled this project.

Add more poster colours... the sword is black so that's easy.

Using the silver markers for the edges...

Oh forgot to tell you, this took me more than 8 hours to finish including the colouring. Oh I did told you? Nevermind then.

I know, I know it's not like the real deal...but hey I tried my best! That's all that counts right??
