1st step:

Then click continue. Voila! May gmail ka na.

Pero wag mo muna ico-close. 

2nd step: 

Gawa ka naman ng GMA account. Just click this link: Create GMA account

Fill up the form. (Kahit di valid yung number at address)

Then pagnapunta ka na sa 'Verify your account' pwede mo nang i-close yun. Balik ka sa gmail mo at may makikita kang ganitong message:

At pwede ka nang bumoto. :)
