❋ "what you don't understand, is i would catch a gallade for ya!!" ; jihoon is your everyday teenager with a strange sense of humor and no shame whatsoever. he's the type of person who would use any opportunity he could find to crack one of his lame puns, referencing his favorite cartoons such as the regular show, adventure time and pokemon and would laugh until he cried legitimate tears despite the fact that no one would really get where he was coming from— and once he was finished getting over how funny that pun was, he would give himself a pat on the back and would compliment himself, saying things like ("man, you're hilarious") and ("you should become a comedian already") just because he could. jihoon seems to speak way too much for his own good and while his mother thinks it's good that he talks a lot and knows how to express himself freely— he simply knows no bounds when it comes to speaking his mind. due to his sociable and garrulous nature, approaching and talking to any homo sapien about things ranging from their what their favourite pokemon is to what color underwear they're wearing comes naturally— only second to breathing and being attractive of course. this boy knows not the meaning of shame because the word shame simply doesn't exist in his book. jihoon often says things and does things that would usually make any normal person flush scarlet red but knowing him, he would literally do anything that nobody else would do for obvious reasons. ("don't do this at home kids?— oh sugoi!!1 i should try it out!11"— jihoon while watching jackass tbh. i swear he was actually serious when he jokingly stated in his bio that his life motto is YOLO).
❋ "when a man loves a woman, he will take couple selcas with her and willingly post them on instagram" ; along with his inability to stop the words from automatically flowing out of his mouth, jihoon has nO FILT ER whatsoever and is painfully honest to no matter who he speaks to so he sometimes comes off as a rather rUDE and dISRESpectful adolescent towards others without meaning to do so. and while honesty is a good trait of his, jihoon is absolutely rubbish at lying and can't keep a secret. he's the type that can't keep a straight face without cracking a boyish grin halfway through and literally blurts everything out for the whole world to hear the moment he makes eye contact with another person— making him the worst accomplice or wingman anyone could possibly have. ("bRO YOUR FLY IS OPEN!!1") jihoon also has a tendency to speak really loudly and was kicked out of the public library multiple times due to this, believe or not. ("pSH. who needs the library??/"). jihoon is someone who is very easily excited and entertained. he has a short attention span(only when it comes to boring stuff like studying tbh) yet can become emersed in simple activities such as finger painting or watching cartoons— similar to that of a guileless child if not for his occasional potty mouth(triggered by jump scares most of the time).

❋ "i am as cute as cute can be" ; at a glance, maiha can look cold and aloof yet if you approach and compliment her out of the blue, she'll turn into a stuttering mess of goop but try a second time and the same sort of reaction is not guaranteed. as maiha, jihoon tries to act more feminine— note how i said tries. he is horrible at it and more often than not, portrays maiha as a melodramatic and temperamental pokemon trainer who's mood changes within seconds at the most unpredictable of times. he is prone to showing and feeling a vast array of emotions, taking everything said about maiha to heart or to offense rather than just waving it off or retorting like he usually would because that's what he thinks girl's do— take everything said to heart or to offense. ("jinah's like this all the time so i think i'm doing it right") he's not even sure himself. maiha's feminine personality is inconsistent so most of the time, she's just childlike and sociable after spending a reasonable amount of time with her(dID YOU UNDERSTAND ANY OF THAT??// I DIDN;T. gOODbYE SELF)

❋ "H2O thank you" ; maiha is biased towards water type pokemon as they are her favourite type but she has no qualms training pokemon that aren't said type. most of the non-water type pokemon tend to be gifts or prizes that she obtained as pokemon eggs
❋ "girls are more friendly towards girls right?" ; maiha is generally more friendly and sociable towards the female trainers of pokeuniverse and frequently clings to them upon meeting whereas towards the male trainers, she appears aloof and gives them the cold shoulder. with the more assertive males(coughskuontbh), she will avoid them if they happen to be in the same location but will become flustered and at a loss for words if they happen to take her by surprise
❋ "there's no such thing as too much water" ; maiha likes to use large scale water attacks that affect the entire battlefield such as surf simply because she likes overwhelming her opponent and watching their reactions but the ulterior motive behind the large scale attacks— is for it to work as the decoy and obscure her opponent's vision; diverting their attention and focus towards the attack rather than at her pokemon so that her pokemon is able to get up close and personal with the opposing pokemon and land physical or special attacks at close range. sometimes, maiha will purposely repeat the same attack pattern and have her pokemon do a feint just to mess with her opponent after they think they've got her attack patterns and strategies all figured out before repeating the process— using her decoys as decoys for more decoys(lol). maiha's battle style relies on decoys and feints and she frequently incorporates them into her strategies against opponents
❋ "scREAMS IN REAL LIFE AND VIRTUALLY" ; maiha is afraid of ghost type pokemon and doesn't like being left alone in places where ghost pokemon can appear. she'll cry and cling on to you nO MATTER WHO YOU ARE if she hears rumors of the location being haunted or filled with ghost pokemon ("n-n-nO!!1 p-pleASE dON'T LEAVE ME OUT hERE BY MYSELF!!1")

❋ milotic is an elegant and graceful pokemon and always has an air of confidence surrounding her. similar to how maiha is more friendly towards girls, milotic is absolutely biased towards the female gender— be it pokemon or human. she refuses to interact with males of any kind and displays a snobbish nature when around them, often raising her chin up high as if she were looking down at them or ignoring their presence completely. this is a problem because a majority of maiha's team is composed of males

❋ feraligatr's the complete opposite of milotic. he's the type of powerhouse pokemon that just lOVES a challenge and facing off against stronger opponents to hone his skills. at first sight, feraligatr comes off as a rather intimidating pokemon who is always looking for opponents that are alot more bigger than him to challenge to battles of strength but he's a friendly pokemon who is more approachable than milotic in many ways. feraligatr has a lot of pride which only increases the more he wins battles
❋ maiha tends to avoid letting feraligatr out of his pokeball because he always ends up fighting with some big macho pokemon or staring down and intimidating pokemon trainers whom he thinks are standing way too close to maiha(which is everyone)

❋ shellos is a naturally curious pokemon. she often lets herself out of her pokeball and wanders off without maiha's knowledge. shellos has a perculiar habit of tasting everything and anything she finds intriguing that aren't limited to fruits and stray objects but pokemon and trainers aswell. shellos is easily excitable, intimidated and frightened. she's the baby of maiha's team
❋ maiha obtained shellos near the east sea of sinnoh's mountain range while she was travelling through the sinnoh region. the pokemon had been staying with the professor since it was captured so this is the first time that shellos has travelled with maiha
❋ she has zero battle experience and is more interested in exploring her surroundings rather than battling

comments, questions, or concerns. let's just take a moment to stare at victini in awe because it is so freaking cute like hOW??/ i really like the wing things that it has— thEY'RE SO PRECIOUS!!1?? this pokeuniverse idea is ingenius and i commend you authors for creating something so beautiful and for giving pokemon fans and fans in general a opportunity to apply for this peice of art. i hope nintendo or some gaming studio or company finds this fic, contacts you guys about it and ends up developing this beauty into an actual game like yes plES! you'd be killing two birds with stone if that happens— like you'd be a multibillionaire and made so mUCH BROKEN CHILDHOOD DREMS COME TRUE. haHHAHA. i had fun filling out this app and i really enjoyed reading that teaser too! eika and kuon are by far my favourite characters<3 they're pretty dynamic in personality, the two of them wehehee.
