actuallly i need your help specially those who know how we can organize banner for super juniors birthday party 

, i really need your help , i want to create banner for sungmin birthday but being a vitamin from far way from him  i . 

i dont know how i can send my banner to wiki cafe for sungmin birthday , you see hae hae banners in their subway or other places but i want to send special banner in wiki cafe for his birthday , i relly need your help to conduct & consult me what to do and how can i do . any particular places or person or fanclub ?? please help me.. i want to make him happy and i want to have special gift for hm like donating rice or what ever .
