he perks of being the only half-blood in your family that actually looks asian but have a bit of westerner to the side isn't really great as people in the western characterize her as asian while the easterners characterize her as a mutt and more on the western side. vivian is 165. 1 cm/5' 5 inches and a good but slightly underweight weight of 110 lbs/49.8952 kg (it's due to her fast metabolism and fit body).
just like her brothers, vivian has inherited both her parents more like their mom's) pale complex as vivian has the fairest skin. watch out snow white, cause vivian has porcelian skin. any bruise or cut will be visually seen on her skin as it stood out by it's rather bright red or dark purple color against the pale, clear skin. speaking of skin, vivian hasn't really broke out as her dad's side has a rather tan, rough, but acne-less free skin but her mom's side has been known to have a few unfortunate victims and luckly, vivian is not one of them. however, she inherited the long but thin eyelashes so she will put on light mascara to accentuate her long eyelashes to give it a fuller look. she doesn't have the naturally straight eyebrows that are full but not to full but rather a slightly arch but almost straight eyebrows.
vivian isn't born with double eyelids or should i say one eye isn't a double eyelid. however, vivian stumbled across a michelle phan video on how she got doube eyelids for both eyes (well the other eye that was slightly creased like vivian's) so she but the tape and it actually worked. but not for the rest of her life, rather a couple months and then she would have to tape her left eye with the tape but even that is too much work. so sometimes you will see her with double eyelids or somedays you will see right eye with double eye lid but left eye having a slight crease. and that's not all, her jaws are sharp but not too sharp where you could slice bread but rather soft like a soft but still sharp edge and her chin is not pointed but is rather rounded like her face. overall, she has a oval face shape.

the perks of being adventurous means that you like to take risks and life a little. well, that what little miss risk taker likes to do. the thing is she has this nonconformity attitude to her. so that means, she likes to live by her own internal code of values. despite meaning interested in what other's like and likes to fit in with the world, she is not easily/strongly influenced by others or by the norms of society. another thing is, vivian believes that to live is to dare. there are a lot of adventures that give her that wonderful thrill of risk and routinely engages in high-risk activities much to her mother's dismay.
when you take risk, you must have a mutual independence. so vivian tends to not worry much about other, for she expects other to be responsible for him/herself. but don’t be fooled, she is silver-tongues, as she is gifted in the gentle art of winning friends and influencing people making her quite persuasive. not only that, she loves to keep moving. when she settles down, she suddenly has the urge to pick up and go explore and move out and on. this wanderlust for her is good as she is okay with traveling but can be quite a handful as she wants to move around, a lot.

she knows good things lie ahead and despite being impatient as , but sometimes she is okay waiting for them. vivian lives on the side of modesty and she is genuinely thankful for the opportunities and accolades that she receives and not only is that a refreshing outlook to have but it helps her cope with the periods of wait time in-between. vivian is more capable of waiting for the peaks of her life’s to come(even though it is hard for her) and she is grateful for what she can do. she by nature is very impatient with people and her circumstances as she can't help but want sometimes but she focuses outwardly and it tends to foster patience which is a 'thank you god' moment.

yo this is drama. wait, 9muses this isn't your cue yet. anyway, if you couldn't figure it out by my little song reference, vivian can be overdramatic from time to time. this means she receives attention, approval, and affection, is ually attractive, is able to express emotion in reaction to events, has an attractive physical appearance, is able to express herself dramatically, is able to display emotions freely and openly (sadly), getting guidance and help from others and having others give her ideas and suggestions, having intimate relationship (aka the bae). so as you can see, there is many attributes to being dramatic.
since vivian is quite the dramatic girl, she has a lot of feelings (hint hint) and so she lives in an emotional world. she is an sensation oriented person and is emotionally demonstrative and physically affectionate. vivian really likes skinship and it doesn't help when your family is quite touchy touchy. vivian reacts emotionally to events and can shift quickly from mood to mood. however, she is not bi-polar but a person who rather knows when to act (jk) at a specific time. there is never a dull moment with vivian because of this and she is commonly the mood maker of the group because of her dramatic personality.
if we were to describe vivan, i would say she is colorful (heck im writing her ing description). vivian experiences life vividly and expansively. she has a rich imagination and tells entertaining stories and she is drawn to romance and melodrama. and no, it doesn't mean she likes to get caught up in drama or get involved but likes to have her life spiced up a bit. another thing is that vivian tends to attract attention whether she likes it or not. she is often the center of attention and if she has to, will rise to the occasion when all eyes are on her.
as narcissistic this sounds, vivian pays a lot of attention to grooming and enjoys clothes, style, and fashion (aka go look at her fashion sense). vivian doesn't know why but she feels like she needs to look good in order to feel good if you know what i mean. and it doesn't help that in her appearance and behavior, she tends to be seductive, engaging, charming vixen. she just can't help it. and no, she is not ually active but rather curios and likes to tease the hearts of those who take interest in her.

people ask for her advice on everything even if it's something she knows nothing about. they says it's because they now she'll be honest with them and then, when she is honest with them, they get annoyed much to vivian's annoyance (lol). just because she is blunt doesn't mean everyone wants to hear it. and don't get her started on obligatory small talk, it bores her. she dies a little on the inside when she has to talk about her life or where she is at a party or any social event. it's not because people are peasant but rather because she wants to talk about something real an interesting. her friends sometimes teaser her about coming off as a little too straightforward but really, it's just that vivian doesn't like being fake. she is not going to be like those girls who act all nice and fake in front but then go ing and gossiping. if she doesn't like you, she doesn't.
when a new person comes to hang out with her friends and her, her friends usually introduce her by saying something like, ' don't be scared. she doesn't bite. hahaha!". this pisses the snot out of vivian and she is just like...'no'. it's not that she doesn't like new friends but first impressions are really important especially for vivian so you present yourself badly, you are in the pits. so vivian is really uneasy around highly sensitive people. it feels like she has to walk on egg shells, which makes her feel like she can't really be herself and she hates that as she is all about expressing the true you. and it doesn't help when much of her life revolves around saying 'relax, i'm just kidding!' if she teases her sensitive friend and they take it way too seriously. she can't count the number of times she had to turn something harmless that she said into a joke if someone got offended by it. why, one time in her trainee years, she was hanging out with eunsong friends and she said something harsh but nothing to harmful and the girl started crying and yeah..you get the idea. she is always forced to go shopping (not that she is complaining). this is because she is the only one who will tell her friend that the pants she picked out look like someone vomited mustard.

depite this being a good personality trait, it was hell for her parents as vivian was quite the high-spirited hell-raise/mischief make when she was younger (and surprisingly, ryan and andy were scared of her when she was younger because of that). in some what way, she's kinda like a wild oat.

you see, since mi-young had 3 kids, her body wasn't that strong enough and had difficulties during the pregnancy. that doctors ran same test and said that vivian chances of being alive before were quite slim but vivian overcame that; however, the doctors said that if vivian were to be born, she would have many disabilities and might live up to a week at the most. they tried to convince ahreum that abortion was the best choice she had but mi-young firmly rejected and continued with the pregnancy. on may 24, 1994, vivian was born into the world but was totally heathy and normal, which shocked the doctors of course.
as cliché as this sounds, vivian was raised with ease as money wasn't a big deal for her family and daniel decided to retire from the military to raise vivian, so you could say the luke and the twins are mama boys and vivian is daddy's little girl. however, vivian's life changed when she entered the second grade. a fellow korean girl who was in vivian's grade made fun of her and called her a mutt. vivian being vivian got upset and got into a fight which caused for both parents to come to the pricipal office and have a discussion. the principal explained the situation and wanted to have vivian to apologize to jenny, who had called her mutt. mi-young was pissed at this and asked why vivian had to apologize when it was clearly jenny who harassed vivian first. just like her daughter, ahreum, the principal, and jenny parents had an argument which caused ahreum to transfer vivian to a different school.
despite the school change, bullying was inevitable but vivian wasn't really bothered by that. like i stated for at least 5 times, her life continued on. as she grew older she joined the church's choir for the cathedral of st. stephen and was placed as an soprano. she also hanged out with her friends and studied how to play the violin, piano, and guitar. i mean, she had it all except her life had a few downfalls as she was bullied by fellow korean dwellers for being a half-er and by some older students because luke had autism. and it doesn't help that vivian doesn't back down from challenges and learned taekwondo at the age of 9. the fights were small and didn't really get too big but the biggest fight she got into was when she was in 8th grade. a bunch of s decided to insult her brother right in front of her face and she went ballistics. the fight was pretty intense that they had to call security. her parents were both upset but proud but told vivian that she needed to be a bit more calm.

one day when the family was goofing off and rapping, vivian made a mock diss toward her dad who was very impressed with her skills. he asked if she wanted to take rapping classes in which she replied with a shrug and bam, vivian became a mean, lean half-er rapping machine. her mom didn't like how vivian got into othe underground rapping system at a young age but she felt like it might be a good experience for her daughter as vivian expressed her love for music.

⚜ adventures / as you might have guessed, it is because she has a adventurous personality that she loves to go out on trips. it doesn't have to be anything big as she can go from hiking on a mountain trail to kayaking on the calm waters of the river to moving to a whole new city and country.
⚜ sports / she doesn't like sports 'just because she understands them and is different from other girls.' but rather she was raised by an athletic father who exposed her to softball and swim at a young age. and it doesn't help when almost all your family members did a sport(s) and that they were sport fanatics.
⚜ spending time with friends / despite her crazy personality, vivian is normal like any of us and likes to hang out with heres..err..besties. it kinda like a little comfort zone for her as she can de-stress with them as they chill and vent to each other about their days.
⚜ music / i know this is stereotypical but vivian really enjoys all types of music. i guess you could thank her family as luke likes to listen to jazz, blues, and classical music, ryan and andy like to listen to punk rock, dubstep, alternative rock, pop, r&b, and rap, their dad will listen to anything but their mom loves to listen to christian music and korean traditional music.
⚜ video games / again, this may come off stereotypical but it's not. vivian actually started playing video games around the age of 10 (no thanks to hoe 1 and hoe 2) and gradually fell in love with them. she loves playing halo, grand auto theft, kingdom of hearts, naruto, final fantasy, resident evil and etc on the playstation 1 console, in which she like to play against her dad and the twins (and may i say that she kicks ).

born in april 26, 1970, mi-young is an only child. mi-young attended law school and was a lawyer for quite a long time but quit in 2010. anyways, victoria loves her family a lot and will do anything for them as when she married daniel, she knew the risks but took them. many people say that vivian inherited her looks in which she will laugh at as vivian is the carbon copy of her dad personality wise. victoria loves vivian with all her heart and treats her like any other mother would. however to say they have a perfect relationship as since victoria was a good lawyer and as a child never lost a fight (verbally), vivian has the same stigma so their arguements are something to avoid. victoria trust vivian to make the right decisions even though it may seem wrong in her eyes. overall, they are quite close and if their relationship would be rated it would be almost perfect bonding.

despite being the oldest child, luke sometimes is treated like the youngest. luke has autism but can function socially to a certain degree. a prodigious savant, luke can act 'normal', in which vivian scolds him and tells him that there is nothing to hide as he his a beautiful person inside and out. luke is absolutely amazed by vivian as she seems like a simple person to understand but is very complex. surprisingly, luke and vivian have never gotten into a fight but vivian has gotten into fights defending him. luke doesn't want to upset vivian but luke is numb to insults now but he loves it when vivian protects him because then he knows that she truly loves him and isn't bluffing/lying to him. since luke can't do much, he takes role of disciplining and teaching vivian stuff. although there are days where he wants to yell at vivian, he keeps it in and continues on like nothing has happened. i guess you could day the two are holding back their secrets so the other doesn't get hurt/upset.

being born 1 minute late makes a big difference as ryan makes andy his . unlike big hoe ryan, andy is more shy and introverted and needs people to approach him first. andy has a speech impediment as he stutters but he can usually do well with controlling it unless he gets excited or upset. her doesn't really worry about vivian too much as he knows that she is capable of doing things by herself but he is there for her. he is more gentle with vivian but can also be harsh with his insults (not to the point they hurt her feelings). sometimes with his older twin, they will prank her in which they suffer from as vivian gives them hell. it's not that he doesn't love her but he and vivian are not as close as he wants to be. it maybe because their personalities don't click but they get along but their isn't a close knit bond. andy wishes that they could get closer but it seems like their staying but in the close to being close zone.

this crazy mexican is not good for this crazy girl as they both are crazy. since both like knew cultures, they teach other what they know about their cultures. also, seulhee is helping vivian learn spanish although when vivian gets it wrong, it doesn't help that the sassy llama yells at her in spanish curse words. there are many moments where they wished they met each other sooner but they make the most of thier friendship. so they are like two peas in a pod.

these two girls are very close (otl all of her friends in this section are close to her). they are literally the duo in school that you want to avoid as they are bad asses. much to your shock, ashley is more of the punk kid despite her 'good-girl' front. ashley and vivian have done crazy stuff together and have been each other through thick and thin. ironically, ashley got into k-pop but not because of vivian but because of eunsong. since ashley was introduce to k-pop in the 9th grade, she pesters eunsong and vivian to become idols and it doesn't help when eunsong is already having connection to the idols world. none the less, vivian really loves her and will always be together with this crazy chick no matter what.

as funny as it sounds, michael use to have a crush on dense headed vivian but was to scared to ask her out and just continued being friends. however, michael does not regret it and actually thanks her for it as he learned to be a bit more confident. despite being gay, vivian is super close to mich and will do stuff with him such as shopping, spa days and stuff. when mich was having a identity issues, vivian was thre for him and he adores her for that (see what i did there). mich is actually planning to quit university and become a full out vocal teacher as he loves music so much. another thing is that mich actually helped train vivian's vocal and look what his baby girl can do now.

STAGE NAME.
vivian : this is her birth name but her birth name also has meaning to it. vivian should have not been alive as her mom's pregnancy with her was hard and there was a very slim chance that vivian would make it and if she did, she would be badly disabled such as not being able to walk, talk, and well, just be normal. even if she did survive and her parents got past the disability, vivian would have died in a week. so the doctors tried to convince mi-young to have an abortion but she turned down their offers and went with the labor procedure. however, when vivian was born, she was quite small and weighted barely anything but she made it out alive and well. thus, earning the name vivian, which is derived from the latin root, vivus, which means alive.

the living child : just like vivus means alive, vivian 'lives' up to her name and tries to live life to the fullest but causes her to seem childish in some aspects.

TRAINEE LIFE.
in the year of 2010, january 13, vivian was having a concert at 11 o' clock at night. as usual, her father drover her to the place and she worked up a bit. as she was warming up, a middle-aged man was lost and happend to stumble into her but not before he got a good earful of her rap. impress, he gave her a card and told to that she should audition for this company and that some of the underground rappers have trained there. at first vivian didn't care as she did like music but she didn't really have an interest of the major. however, after much discussion with her family, she decided that she should give it a shot as this may turn out to be something fun even if she doesn't pass the auditions.
on febraury 23, her dad and her rode an airplane to seoul, south korea so she could auditon for this 's.m.' company. vivian for some reason was feeling nervous as she couldn't help but feel excited as the adrenaline was pumping. when she went into the building, she was given a number and her number was '1004', ironic. that was what vivian thought. she thought it was ironic but she didn't think of it too much as she doesn't believe in supersition such as those. within the next two hours, vivians anxiety rose and finally, it was her turn.
suprisingly, boa and tvxq were there but vivian really paid no mind to them as she didn't really no about the veteran k-pop idols. after taking a deep breath, vivian started rapping as she was breathing air. the judges were impressed and pointed out that depite that great flow and talent, she still had some stuff that she could improve. they offer her a contract as they promised that should would be able to debut and that her skills would also improve. she gladly took it and when she did, it felt like a huge brick was lifted out of her shoulders. after passing, she told her family, in which they were happy for her and helped her move to seoul. however, little did she know that people could be foolish.
when she started training in febraury 26, 2010, her life got a little bit hellish. her life became ten times busier and on top of that there weren't many trainees there. however the female trainees that were there wanted to show their love for half-ers and cussed her out, called her names, and would harrass her such as taking her dancing shoes or spilling milk on her shirt during lunch or pouring a bunch of half-eaten food onto her lap. however, vivian didn't stay discouraged and continued to train.
on march 30, 2010, her friend eunsong had auditioned for s.m. and got in. so life for vivian got a bit better, however the bullying now started to shift to eunsong, who took it on like vivian but the the thing is, eunsong was quite senstive and struggled with self-harming. so enough was enough as vivian reported them to the ceo and police in which the girls were kicked out and given a 24 month prohabation and made them due community service hours.
live got a bit better as they girls could train peacefully without the feeling of being uncomfortable. as the year progressed, eunsong got restless and vivian's patience was wearing thin but in december 01, 2011, the company held auditions for a girl group in which both girls audioned for.
in january 15, 2012, the results were out and vivian made it but eunsong didn't make it but was a back-up just in case of the chosen trainees quit. despite the results, the girls remained positive and vivian's training schedule changed as she trained with her soon to be members.
aside from her trainee life experience, the training it self wasn't that hard. at first, vivian was into it and would train almot everyday as it was a fun experience and she could feel herself improving bit by bit. but just like any other trainee out there, it got boring and she wished for something new. rap training was a since as she really didin't have to focus on that along with vocals but the company drilled her with dance as she isn't the best at dance.
however, vivian likes to hang out with eunsong and maybe her friends when they come over to stay for vactions/visits. since vivian doesn't have many connections to the idol world, she mostly hangs out with social panda, eunsong. also, if the company allows her, vivian will sometimes go back to jeju island and help her mom and dad and sometimes check up on her brothers.
