PERSONALITY. 

nam yujin. the first thing that should come to any girls attending eunpyong girls school is talkative when they hear that name; everyone in there knows who yujin is, since she is that kind of person who goes around introducing theirselves and just making friends. not to mention that she is so hyper, everyone wonders if she's having too much sugar in a day, because this girl never stops, like ever: she's always either dancing (silly or serious dances) or something, bouncing on her feet when she has to stand still. yujin likes to think of herself as humorous, and she actually has quite a good sense of humor, at least that's what she thinks. she is that kind of person that cracks jokes every single time you shouldn't, and the worst is that her jokes are so lame that you have to laugh, it's just too much. she is also pretty confident, like this girl does not know what "shy" means, she looks everyone dead in the eye when talking and has quite a powerful voice, she does not waver in front of adults and people she doesn't know. this girl is really truthful, she is so candid, to the point that is can become a negative trait of her personality: she does not know when to shut up, and might end up being too straight-forward and hurt people, and she hates herself for that. another negative side of her personality is that she is impulsive, like she could be with her friends just relaxing after a hard day of school and she will stand up and say something like "let's go hiking! there's this lovely spot nearby"; turns out it was like 25 minutes away from where they were, and the girls will hate her for that, but she can't help it. also, she's pretty stubborn, and she knows how to get what she wants, so it's no use trying to make her change her mind because she won't. and if she actually fails at not getting what she wants, she will sulk in a corner or something, because this girl is so childish, the girls wonder how she's supposed to be 18, even the younger girls are more mature than she is sometimes. but she's the last of three children, so she has always been pampered by her family, hence her child-like personality.

TRIVIAS. 

• she is part of the short-line in her family, composed of herself (157cm), her older sister hyejin (161cm) and her twin cousins hyorin (149cm) and hyomin (152cm).
• she has an older brother, jinyoung, but he isn't living with the family anymore because he decided to move to australia for his studies (and his girlfriend but that's another point).
• yujin has the biggest bedroom of the house, and she decorated it entirely herself with pictures of her family and friends, cute stickers and music posters. 
• she loves baking, but she hates cooking; don't ask her what's the difference, she doesn't even know and will end up sulking. 
• she once baked cookies for all her friends in her class, with their name written on it and stuff, but she forgot the cookies at home and ended up eating them on her own. 
• she wants to get matching tattoos with her brother and sister, but she is too scared to ask them because "what if they say yes? it's going to hurt too much..."
• she loves giving weird nicknames to people, that's actually how she remembers her friends. du-ri's nickname is jeolmeun eomma, which means "young mom". 
• yujin is an early bird, like she wakes up really early in the morning and loves waking up other people by poking them or singing off-tune until they open their eyes. she does this to the girls a lot, and sometimes to the boys in the summer house.
• she isn't shy at all, yet when she first saw the guys and knew that they were going to live together for the summer, she was at a loss for words and didn't speak until dinner.
• she likes to pull prank on the girls and guys at the house, and often does so with whoever is willing to help her. 
• she likes to dance around to boys goups songs because "it's easier to make up a silly dance", as she says. 
• when she first saw the guys, she thought they were a gang trying to break into the house, and was ready to kick some asses. she ended up slapping rapmon in the face because he was the first one to turn around when she called out to them. the next day, she was apologizing for the whole day.
• yujin sleeptalks at night, and if you actually answer her, she will have a real conversation with you, while sleeping. she doesn't remember anything the next morning, which is actually funny. (you can make her say anything, like maybe confessing who she has a crush on????)

BACKGROUND. 

yujin is the last child of a line of three in the nam family, so they are five at home (well, four now since jinyoung is in australia). the nam family has been living in jeju island for quite a while, until yujin had to attend a high school in seoul. the moving out was difficult on her, as all her friends were in jeju, but since yujin is so friendly, she made friends easily in seoul. it was really hard for yujin to get used to living in seoul, as it was really different than her life in jeju, but as time passed, she got used to it, and now she's always outside walking in the streets because she wants to learn more about seoul, "it's such a fascinating city!". 
at home, she doesn't do anything as her mother, father and older sister do everything, she is like a little baby and a spoiled one. but still, she helps out at the shop sometimes after school.

SCHOOL LIFE. yujin is not the smartest at school, she has average grades (Bs and stuff) but does her best to improve a lot: she does her homework seriously and listens well in class. she isn't part of a club at school, but she is often seen with some of the clubs, she likes to hang out with people after school so she usually asks clubs if she can stay with them, "i won't bother you, i swear!". 
other than that, everyone knows who yujin is at school, even the teachers and that's not really a good thing. but she still is what you could call a "good girl".

FAMILY MEMBERS. 

FATHER. nam woojin  / 52 / co-owner of a small shop / yujin is really close to her father, thanks to their shared lame sense of humor, and they sometimes text each other lame jokes. when they are both making jokes at home, everyone leaves them alone because it's just too much to bear.
MOTHER. nam jinsol / 48 / co-owner of a small shop / yujin is not that close to her mother, because her mother is always working at the shop so they don't interact that much, but she still is the one yujin turns to when in trouble, because her mother is so understanding.
BROTHER. nam jinyoung / 23 / student in australia / now that he is away, they only skype or text via kakaotalk, but when he was still there, yujin was always with him; she just really loves being with her brother.
SISTER. nam hyejin / 25 / school teacher / luckily enough, hyejin is still living with her family, so yujin is able to see her everyday and she loves it. yujin and hyejin are really close, but not as close as she is with her brother.

FRIENDS. 

BESTFRIEND. ahn du-ri / 18 / student / du-ri has been yujin's best friend since the first day of school, as they were both so lost during the first class, so yujin just walked up to duri and introduced herself, kind of forcing the friendship. duri is kind of the only one who can bear with yujin's hyper and lame personality, and yujin can bear duri's love for skinship as she isn't afraid to hold people's hands and to hug everyone.
PARTNER IN CRIME/SECRET LOVER. jung hoseok / 18 / student / since that first day at the summer house, yujin grew really close to hoseok, as they had similar personalities and would pull pranks on the others. but there's something more going on; they are secret lovers. they ofter meet outside of the house to be together.
FAVORITE TARGET. jeon jungkook / 16 / student / he is yujin's favorite target, she always pulls pranks on him, and if you ask why, she will say that his reaction is worth it. he usually gets "angry" at her while pouting, and she just laughs at it. 
WEIRD BUDDY. kim taehyung / 17 / student / he is one of yujin's closest friend in the house as he is weird and yujin loves it, so she usually hangs out with him when she's not pulling pranks on poor jungkook. they even made up a code language with weird noises; no one understands it, even them sometimes.
SCARY HYUNG. min yoongi / 19 / student / yes, yujin calls yoongi "hyung", even though she is supposed to call him "oppa", but he is too scary for her to call him that. she tried to pull a prank on him once, but he didn't even notice anything, and that's why she thinks he is scary. 
SEOKJIN APPA. kim seokjin / 19 / student / yujin calls seokjin appa, even though he told her not to, because she ships him with du-ri and since she is the eomma, he has to be the appa. she baked him and du-ri matching cookies with "eomma" and "appa" written on it once.
JIMIN WHO?. park jimin / 17 / student / yujin loves making fun of jimin, and she does it really well. he is one of her favorite target as well, but she knows that he will get back at her so it's even more fun! whenever he talks to her, she fakes not remembering who he is, "jimin who?" and goes off laughing. 
NAMBRO. kim namjoon / 18 / student / as his name is namjoon, and yujin's family name is nam as well, she calls him nambro, and he calls her that as well, after the "worst first impression ever" is long forgotten. 
 

INTERVIEW SECTION WITH DU-RI EOMMA

SELF-INTRODUCTION PLEASE! hi eomma! i mean, du-ri unnie!~ *laughs at her own joke* i'm nam yujin, the coolest girl in the house! *does a weird pose while grinning* 
WHAT'S YOUR IMPRESSION OF THE BOYS? oh my god can i pass? i can't believe i actually thought they were burglars! and i slapped namjoon! the look on the guys' faces was pretty funny, but i can't believe that was the first thing i did, what a great first impression. other than that, they seem fun to live with, maybe we should just rent this house together every year? it's gonna be cheaper this way *laughs again*. 
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON LIVING WITH THE BOYS? do you think they can cook? if so, i can't wait to live with them! i know they are boys and stuff, but we're not sleeping with them and all, so it's no big deal, right? wait, we're not sharing bedrooms with them, right? cause i sleeptalk, and that's really not a cool thing!
DO YOU THINK WE CAN HAVE FUN WITH THE BOYS WITH US? well... maybe? i mean, some of them seem quite shy or something, so we'll just have to make them feel at ease before anything, but trust me we will have fun with these guys! or even without them, we'll have fun anyway!
WHO IS YOUR LEAST FAVORITE BOY? i don't think it's nice to say such a thing, but i have to admit that yoongi is quite intimidating, i never know what he's up to (well actually nothing but you know what i mean) and it's frustrating! but he's still really cool.
WHO'S YOUR FAVORITE BOY, THEN? oh, um... hoseok, maybe? i mean, he's a fun guy and stuff, and he understands my jokes and we pull pranks together and all, he's really cool. we're great friends. *insists on the word friends while blushing slightly*

BACKUP. namjoon (actually both of them cause i can't choose but yeah)
PERSONALITY. let's be honest, everyone knows how hoseok is: really hyper, really friendly, and really like really funny. he knows what's he's doing when joking around or pranking others, and is a really great friend to everyone: he knows when to be there for others, even if he might be kinda annoying when joking aound and stuff (but that's a good point right?). 

FIRST IMPRESSION. the first time yujin saw hoseok's face was right after she had just slapped namjoon because she thought they were burglars, so that's not really a good first impression, but as time passed, yujin grew to really like hoseok's personality and they even became partner in crime to pull pranks on the others. 
INTERACTIONS. as secret lovers, they have been hiding most of their interactions quite well (um, maybe not?) so the only moment they are together is when everyone is there, or when they are plotting their next prank or something. while alone, yujin turns really shy and hoseok is actually the one to initiate skinship because of he doesn't, their relationship would consist of just standing there. one night, as they were all outside taking a walk, hoseok and yujin were walking slower at the back, and yujin took hoseok's hand in hers, but that's the only time she initiated skinship. 
ENDING. as their relationship as been quite a secret during the summer (even though it's not because everyone knows but they don't??), yujin told hoseok that they should stop and that it should stay a "summer fling", just as it was. it was clear that she didn't mean anything she said, but the secret was too much for her, and when she heard hoseok saying that he wanted to tell everyone about them instead of ending it there, she was so relieved that she kissed him for real.
so both of them decided to tell everyone when it was time to say good bye, and as the girls were saying good bye to the girls, hoseok took yujin's hand in his and held it up, saying he "had to say something". everyone looked at them with raised eyebrows, and one of the guys said "finally, i thought you guys were going to break up". yujin looked up at hoseok in shock, thinking he did tell them something, but he looked as shocked as her. du-ri then spoke up "come on, you guys were so obvious, it was so cute". they both blushed while smiling, and yujin squeezed hoseok's hand, everything ended well for them and she was delighted. 
it was hard for them to date as they weren't in the same school, but they are still going strong now.
