I Came From A Poor Household // His parents were never well off. When his father moved from Korea to China for work his parents weren't happy but continued to support him. He fell in love with Kangda's mother while he was working there in Beijing. They got pregnant with Kangda's older sister and got married. Unhappy with their son's choices, Kangda's father was cut off from them. The couple ended up moving back in with Kandga's grandmother. About a year later they gave birth to Kangda prematurely. The doctors told his parents that they would need to keep Kangda in the hospital for a while to do tests to make sure his organs and everything were functioning properly. They found some weakness in his lungs and heart. The doctors told his parents that it would be expensive to try and treat him.
But Money Isn't Everything // As he was growing up he had to constantly go to the hospital for check ups. They often had to give him shots and do tests that were expensive for his parents but they insisted that money wasn't as important as he was. This is why he loves his parents and wants to do good for them. No matter how much they had to spend on him to keep him healthy they still insisted it was worth it, even to this day. He hopes to pay them back when he becomes a an idol. He feels that the reason his sister couldn't go to college was because of his sicknesses but his sister doesn't like it when he thinks like that.
