Style — Most days, he likes to keep his hair clean and tidy, some days slicked back with gel. He doesn't like wearing too many complicated layers so he opts for a more simple, laid back style with just a top and a bottom (and an occassional blazer or jacket). He believes that a simple style will make him more attractive. However, if the day is formal or important, he would be sporting a suit, but still retaining his signature laid back style. Hyukjoo is a lively man, always smiling and hitting up conversations with friends, acquaintances and even strangers. He wants to be able to understand the person, know their likes and dislikes, which is the reason why he likes talking/interacting to most people. He puts the information he knows into good use, using it in his job to promote Haengsyo. He uses his intuition to promote the shop in certain ways for each demographic, for instance he may post a selfie eating ice cream to attract the female audience in Haengsyo's SNS Accounts. He is also chill most days, the type of person someone can talk with if they need a break or just want someone to talk to for no reason.

He is however, notorious for being cheesy. "I lost my phone number, can I have yours?", "Your hand looks heavy, can I hold it?" and worst of all, "Do you know what's in Haengsyo's menu? Me-n-u". Hyukjoo may be good at his job as a mascot and a publicist, but he has gotten a few glares, punches and even a complaint from the manager concerning his greasy smirks and completely unnecessary pick up lines during work hours. He may think that he's being seductive when he forces it out, but in actuality, he's just being greasy. In his quest of knowing other people, he is also too inquisitive, never knowing when to give up with the questions. Its almost as if hes prying into the person's private life. His curiousity always gets the best of him, asking questions that may seem a bit too much. Most days, he tries to control himself but his curiosity will always win if he finds someone that piques his interest.

Born in Busan, Hyukjoo is an only child in his family. He lived in Busan for most of his life due to his Father working in a high-ranked job in the Port of Busan and his mother co-owning a restaurant with her sister (or Hyukjoo's auntie). His childhood in Busan mostly consisted of hanging out with friends and relatives (while helping in his mother's restaurant) to fill the empty spot of not having siblings. Initially, he wanted to become a model, thus the reason why he moved to Seoul to be discovered as a talent at the age of 18. But he found his passion in business and finished a business and marketing degree in Seoul University. Taking his first shot in the real world, he decides to join Haengsyo's team as their resident mascot and publicist.

What do you want to achieve by working in Haengsyo?

— I want to gain experience as this is my first job.

If you're trusted to handle Haengsyo, what plans would you make to reach success?

— Themed events like Couples Day where the shop is changed up to be a bit cozy. Maybe increase the sales by making certain flavors limited time only, quite like how Baskin Robbins changes up their 31 flavors.

If you could change the shop's theme, what theme would it be?

— A fun, interactive theme like bright, loud designs and a selfie booth where the photo is posted on Haengsyo's SNS accounts.

What is 'Ice Cream' to you?

— A canvas full of infinite possibilities. Something that also brings people together, like you and me.

—  Happiness  is when you realize for a moment, everything in life is beautiful and you become appreciative of that fact.

What makes you happy?

— Being able to express myself, Meeting and socializing with people

What message would you tell to people through Haengsyo?

— Simple things in life can have a lasting effect on us. Like Ice Cream for instance. It may only last for a short while, but surely, that scoop of ice cream made your day.

personality — (only using LE as a face claim- not following her actual personality ^^)

Hyojin is quite opposite to Hyukjoo. She's more quiet, thoughtful and prefers a peaceful environment over a buzzing atmosphere. She doesn't necessarily like revealing herself to strangers and aquaintances and prefers to do small talk around them. When she's around familliar people, she can feel more herself, eccentric and spontaneous because she feels more confident and safe around them. She hates rejection the most and gets a little insecure some days when Hyukjoo becomes too close to other girls.

First meeting — They met through Soohyun after graduating Seoul Dae. Soohyun dragged Hyojin to introduce her to Hyukjoo since she has recently moved back to Korea from Canada. After this, they have seen each other accidentally many times around Seoul. One afternoon while Hyukjoo was walking around Han River, he sees Hyojin get out of the taxi. He invites her over to walk around because he finally wanted to know more about her. Small talk progressed further into deep talk as the sun sets. They talked about things such as their likes, dislikes and opinions. Ever since that night, the two have become closer to the point where they mutually understand each other.

interaction — Hyojin talks a lot to Hyukjoo often through Kakaotalk as Hyojin is normally cooped up in her Makeup Studio at Gangnam. The two would normally meet after work and grab dinner in the area to catch up with each other and any other topics that come up spontaneously (like wondering how milk was discovered - thanks to Hyojin's eccentricity and Hyukjoo's curiosity).

Love story — The two aren't officially together but do enjoy each other's company. They're friends but sometimes do pass the boundary of 'friends' when Hyojin holds Hyukjoo's arm while walking around Hongdae. But those types of interactions are common to the two of them and only consider it as friendship. However, Hyukjoo wants something more. He's confused as to how to advance because all he ever knows is those damn pick up lines. He's scared that Hyojin will think that he's too immature and cheesy, therefore has tried to keep his feelings in the backburner.
