personality : wonwoo is almost the complete opposite of saeji. he seems cold and distant, but when you get to know him a bit better, he's a five year-old. he's very protective and curious about a lot of things, which tends to tire saeji out a bit. he's also very into skinship and gets all pouty when play time is rejected.
meeting : it was in the campus library, just starting out your first year of college and already stressing out over everything. saeji was frantically searching for books and set them down on her table, carelessly leaving her stuff behind. when she had come back, a stranger had a book she took off the shelf open. the stranger would look up and smile, closing the book and standing up to walk away. it happened four times, and the fifth, he stayed and talked with her. they got to know each other, wonwoo and saeji becoming friends despite wonwoo being older by a year. he would always help her with her studies and give her advice. there was this time, and the only and special time, he was helping her studying for a stressful exam. as saeji was hyperventilating, wonwoo just held her face and pecked her lips, confessing his feelings and telling her to calm down. saeji had become so flustered, the confession all so sudden. her heart thumped with joy, and she smiled, calm, and accepted him. during the first week of them together, wonwoo helped her through exams, and saeji fell even harder.
and now : it was going smoothly, living together and doing everything they wanted together. being study buddies, friends, family, and lovers-- it was all both could ask for. they would go anywhere they please, and would always have very bright smiles. when one does not have the other, they always look for each other until finding one another and laughing.
interactions : saeji set her bag down on the floor, sitting beside wonwoo, grinning before hugging him from the side. "hey," she breathed out, wonwoo smiling back. "welcome home." he replied, booping her nose with his finger. they stayed staring at each other for a while before saeji booped his nose back and moved away, getting her books out from her bag and setting them on the coffee table. "before play time, i have to study, okay?" saeji said, wonwoo leaning foward and nodding. "need help?"
the argument and the accident

the arugument — her thoughts : it was like any short argument we had, but that wasn't the case this time. it escalated pretty quick, quicker than the others, and it was the worst yet. he started telling me i didn't care for him anymore, and i tried explaining that we were both just stressed, but he kept cutting me off and yelling lies-- triggering me to slap him. it hurt mentally and physically doing that, but i was just so fed up. he looked so upset, and all i could do was scream back and cry.
the argument — his thoughts : i was stupid, but i felt like she didn't care for me anymore. she kept going to cafes alone, she kept on pushing play time back. all of my bottled up feelings just flooded out once she got home today, and i feel guilty. i kept on complaining like a toddler in a very loud manner, and she slapped me. "are you really wonwoo?!?" she screamed, and i looked back at her angrily. "do you even know me??" i asked, in a rather raspy voice. she glared back, "i guess i don't." she replied, making her way out the door with tears.
the accident : "hello? is this jeon wonwoo?" an unknown voice asked from the other end. i said yes, wondering why a stranger would have saeji's phone. it's been 2 hours since she left, and i wanted to call her back, but she beat me to it. however, it wasn't for what i wanted. "she got into a car accident." the voice had said, and my breathing had stopped for a few seconds. "where are you?" i asked with a shaky voice, the person telling me information before i got moving. sniffling as i entered the elevator, i wiped my tears with my sweater paws before pressing the ground floor button. how could this happen? is she alive? i thought about many things before heading out into the parking lot outside and driving to the hospital where she was.

answer : 2 hours before the accident happened, saeji walked out of her and wonwoo's shared apartment. she wandered around for a while before crossing a street while bawling her eyes out, not realizing a car was coming and hit her. she rolled a few feet away, stopping everything in the area and causing panic, blood pooling around her.
