Annyeong~ I just wanna rant it out instead of like keeping it to myself...

So I'm a choir member at my school for like 3 years and recently we had new members and they're like new to the voicing and all since when you're at our elementary department thwy don't teach you voicings and yesrerday we had our practice. I'm the conductress so it means that I'm away from then while practicing and our facilitator keeps on insisting for them to make tgeir voices louder but they're like "why should we?" Or "our voices are already loud" and it's really frustrating because some of them are disrespectful. When you teach them they get annoyed and I dont really know what to do anymore today's the mass and all that I can predict is that we are gonna be screwedddddd
