Fitness and other changes

Remeber when I put up daily workouts like 4-5 months ago? Were any of you following it? No

Its Okay. 

I am on my fitness journey right now(yes I am college student but we can manage).

If you guys want to start your fitness changes or any other changes you would like to change, start now, not right away though.

Commitmnet, you need this for everything until it becomes natural habit.

 so start planning and mind-training yourself, the best way is to keep track of what you do and looking back on it. It helps.

I want to be fit and shape up, but I don't really have a motivation to put on a diet and work out. It's so hard at times; I tried doing it for a week or so but kind of give up because I lost the inspiration. :( How do you do it?
