APPEARANCE » Because of her mother’s genes, Almira has natural wavy brown hair. She also has green eyes that she hides behind color lens to avoid outside attention and discrimination. She has a mole diagonal to her left eye. She is tall in Korean standards, and has the exact same body as her ulzzang. It’s hard for her to gain or lose weight, but she takes diets anyway. When the temperature is above 24 degrees Celsius, her face turns really red and she sweats a lot. Her hands are really warm almost all the time, even if it’s a chilly day. Her skin tone is slightly tan around the legs and shoulders, but it’s paler around her face, torso, and hands. Almira is always seen wearing a simple anklet as well.
FASHION STYLE » Almira really likes wearing skirts of varying lengths and styles (from mid-thigh to the ankles). She also likes wearing crop tops, blouses, tank tops, etc. She would occasionally wear casual dresses, also varying length. If she’s not wearing a skirt, then she’s wearing shorts. She only has one pair of dark jeans in her wardrobe. She has several different stylish pants, but they are not jeans. Almira likes to add a complimentary accessory to her outfit as well (she calls it the “salt of the meal”). When she’s in dance practice, she wears tank tops, and shorts (and sometimes sweatpants). Her sleep attire is the same. In the winter she would wear stylish coats, but not fur coats, along with oversized and simple sweaters. She doesn’t like animal prints either (with the exception of leopard prints paired with black). She’s not a fan of glitter, or neon. She prefers pastels and dark colors. She doesn’t like painting her nails either, but she does respect nail art. Almira always styles her long hair in some sort of hairdo (in fact, she doesn’t need a hair stylist, but she has the company’s stylists do it for her anyway in order to learn more about her hair). She would wear any shoe that matches her outfit (unless they are painful to walk in).
BACKGROUND » Almira was born in Daejeon, South Korea and lived there for two years before her family moved to Edinburgh, Scotland. Although she lives in Edinburgh, she often visits her mother’s side of the family in Glasgow. Almira’s father is Korean; her mother is Scottish. Almira’s paternal grandmother has green eyes like her mother, so she adopted the recessive gene for green eyes from both her parents. When Almira turned six, she began taking ballet lessons. Her dream was to be a ballerina, and over the years she would watch videos of troupes’ performances. When she reached the age of 14, the pathway to her dream shattered. Almira would practice dancing day and night, to the point where her grades began to drop rapidly. One night she was frustrated with her parents in getting her to study when she should be dancing, so she locked herself in her basement and danced all night even though her feet ached. By the time it was six in the morning, she was exhausted and didn’t have energy to go to school. Her parents forced her to go anyway, but from dehydration and exhaustion, she fainted before her second class even began. She was taken to the hospital from there, and the doctor warned her parents about overworking myself. After that, for the first time in her life, her parents finally put an end to her ballet lessons and forced her to focus on her studies. It was around this time she began listening to Korean music, and decided that if she couldn’t be a dancer in a troupe, then she will be a dancer in a Korean idol group. She begged her parents to take her to Korea, where they agreed only if she graduated from high school with high marks. After she graduated, she moved to Seoul with her parents and started her trainee life in Jellyfish, later switching to Big Hit.

- She rarely eats breakfast when she’s in Korea. In Scotland, she would almost always eat crowdie spread on bread with the occasional strawberry jam.
- She would sometimes force her members to put on the outfit combinations she made and pose for the camera like a model. She would never do the modeling herself, she’s not interested in modeling (surprisingly), but she loves it when someone willingly acts as her model.
- Before she goes to sleep, she would purposely tie her wrist to the bed so she wouldn’t sleepwalk during the night. She never told anyone that when she was much younger, she would sleepwalk into the kitchen and sometimes accidentally injure herself with a knife or accidentally break a glass and step on its shards. Even when they ask why she ties herself to the bed, she never spills the truth just so she doesn’t worry them. If she can’t tie herself to the bed due to something (such as filming at a campsite or whatever), then she would end up sleepwalking and may or may not injure herself.
- She never dresses down for any occasion. In fact, she’s quite picky when it comes to outfits. She could be a real pain in the sometimes to those who don’t care about their outfit.
- She would sometimes subconsciously walk on her tiptoes, which brings confusion to those who are unaware of it, since she is suddenly much taller than before. She doesn’t stay on her tiptoes very long. She actually switches between walking normally and tiptoeing casually very quickly.
- Her Korean, although fluent, would sometimes sound funny to some ears because of her Scottish accent.
- She doesn’t use the Internet or computer as often as normal people would. In fact, the only social media she uses is Snapchat, Kakao Talk, and Twitter. But even on Twitter, she’s not very active. She doesn’t have instagram either. She has Snapchat to share her pictures with her family and friends, and Kakao Talk to privately chat with non-idol friends.
- Her acting is terrible. So is every attempt in voice imitations. She doesn’t need to try and impress anyone with anything really. In variety shows, all she has to do is fail at them to get laughs. She doesn’t get bothered when people for her failures either. She finds it funny herself.
- She’s terrified of kids. TERRIFIED. She neither dislikes nor likes them. Those little rascals, all they ever do is make her life miserable! And the babies! Oh the little ones! She can’t even hold one in her arms in fear of dropping the fragile rug rat. Maybe her parents should’ve had another bairn. Then she wouldn’t be so uncomfortable around children.
- Due to her ballet dancing, she is very flexible and graceful.
- Almira got her driver's license and black Honda when she turned 22 as a birthday gift from her parents. She's a very good driver, and after debut, the manager would have her drive them to work many times even though the manager knows how to drive.
- Almira is a morning person. Always was, always will be. Even if she only got several hours of sleep, she would have no trouble in waking up early in the morning. It's just how her body works.

TRAINEE LIFE » Almira began her life when she was 19 in Seoul. She hadn’t immediately jumped into training. It took her awhile to find a suitable company. She started off her journey in Jellyfish entertainment, where she met Leo (or Ken if backup). She remained in Jellyfish for only a year before transferring to Big Hit, because Big Hit was closer to her house and easier to get to then it was to Jellyfish, which was much further away. Almira got along very well with the other trainees; even the ones who tried to bully her from envy of her dance skills. She picked up singing in the company, instead of rapping, as she found rapping too hard to do. She had to start from the beginner level before leveling up to intermediate. During her years as a trainee, Almira woke up at six in the morning to get to the subway and returned home late at night around seven. She would purposely remain at the company longer than needed to improve her singing and dancing skills. Since Almira was already accustomed to the pressure of being flawless in dancing, she had an easier time dealing with the dance trainers than others. When she entered her third year of training (age 22), her parents bought her a car and she got a driver’s license, so her sleep schedule improved and she only had to leave the house at eight in the morning, not six. She had been hard on herself quite a few times with the singing and dancing, but because of her parents’ threats, she didn’t harm herself like she did when she was dancing ballet. The dance teacher was also impressed by her ballet skills and flexibility, so she continued learning ballet at the company, much to her pleasure. She actually enjoyed her trainee years, something you wouldn’t hear a lot of idols say.
PRE-DEBUT EXPERIENCES » As a ballet dancer, Almira had a few performances with the other ballet students over the years. They had quite a reputation among schools, but that’s about it. So Almira recognizes and adrenaline and excitement of going on stage and performing. The only difference is that she’s not wearing ballet flats or a tutu.

LOVE INTEREST » VIXX's Leo - Jung Taekwoon
PERSONALITY » Leo is a quiet and shy guy, with a cold outer appearance that fools many. He is actually very kind and can be great company as long as the camera or unfamiliar people aren’t around. He is athletic and manly, but his high-pitched voice says otherwise to his gentlemanly look. Leo has a soft spot for animals, especially the common pets. He has the gentlest of smiles. Leo may not show it, but he cares for his group members, friends, and family. To the point where if another group member likes a girl that he likes, he would give the girl up to make him and her happy. Leo can be very humorous and playful too, if you get to know him better. He gets embarrassed very easily as well. Compliments are his enemy. Whenever complimented, he gets very uncomfortable and embarrassed (and Almira thinks it’s really cute). Leo is a mature man, who doesn’t act like the dorks you’d call s, but that doesn’t mean he’s a party pooper. He would just be the guy who silently laughs at his friends from the back, rather than join them in the fun. He is very respectful to his elders (except N, the one guy who acts younger than him), and usually respective to everyone (but doesn’t show it to s, since they’re friends). He is especially shy around girls (except his three older sisters). Even though Almira is his friend, he’s still shy around her (though not as shy as he is around the other females; Almira is very lady-like and open, she’s more comfortable to chat with).
HISTORY » Leo and Almira met when she became a trainee in Jellyfish. They happened to be in the same dance class and Almira had tried talking to him several times, simply because the other trainees were giving her dirty looks. Even though after a while they became friendlier with her, Leo and Almira would mainly talk to each other in class. Later Almira was switched into a more advanced class, leaving Leo alone with his other trainee friends. Since Leo was in an intermediate vocal class while she was in beginner, they didn’t see each other too often during the day. Almira also had other female trainee friends she chatted with, so she didn’t try to meet up with Leo too much either. Leo didn’t mind, since they weren’t too close; they were just regular friends. Plus, he didn’t really know how to talk to girls, so she usually did most of the talking anyway. After Almira transferred to Big Hit, they lost contact of each other. When Leo debuted, Almira cheered him on but didn’t try to contact him, thinking he might be busy. After Almira’s debut, Leo and her ended up having to work together in several shows, which brought them closer.
RELATIONSHIP » Friends at first, later they have a crush on each other (after debut), and then they eventually end up dating secretly.
OUTCOME » They start dating, only going through the drama of getting discovered by fans, but that’s about it.
