NO! TAO! You're not doing it right!

I know this is the second time I am ranting about Tao but I don't understand what he is trying to do anymore...

Filing a lawsuit against SM? Seriously? I really don't understand. Especially seeing as SM has been showing promise recently with the peaceful departure of Jessica, Sulli and Ki Bum. I don't know the detail of the latter two cases but in the case of Jessica and SM, there was a lot of drama but in the end it was a situation of Jessica was still 'technically' part of SM but she wasn't doing any activities with Girl's Generation; which WAS kind of like Tao's situation. However Jessica didn't do anything music related and focused on her activities on her clothing brand, which is different to Tao's album. Seeing as Kris had filed a lawsuit before Jessica, yet Jessica was able to leave SM before Kris could; this should have been a sign for Tao to just keep quiet and wait. I understand he might have been fighting back against the small things like SM taking about his music video, but I felt that it was just a small tap on his knuckles as opposed to Kris and Luhan being cancelled at last minute for events and stuff like that.

I feel that Tao was impulsive and couldn't stand not fighting back (which is in line with his personality), but he should have looked at SM's history, I am mainly referring the case of JYJ. JYJ filed a lawsuit against SM and it took three years for the lawsuit to end, which JYJ 'won', But even after that JYJ was blocked from performing on music shows, and even last year they were almost unable to perform the theme song of the Icheon games at the opening (a theme song that JYJ sang and promoted). Which doesn't really make sense.

Based on history Tao had two choices.

1. Keep it low, try to do little things here and there to keep him going, but not cause any wave that would irritate SM. and maybe after a year or so, he could have been free to do whatever he wanted to do.

OR

2. File a lawsuit, enter mediation that will not go anywhere, and then enter a formal court sitting which could go on for years. AND even after that, still have his activities interrupted by SM.

I think the choice should have been simple, but NO! Tao just had to file a lawsuit... I don't understand, I really don't... WWWWHHHHYYYY?

Obviously I don't know the exact circumstances that lead to Tao's decision, but really now...

*Disclaimer

-This is my OPINION.

-I am NOT hating on Tao, I just think that his decision was not in his own best interest.

I kinda have to agree, it was not a smart move on Tao's side. He's just going to get himself more hate and probably also end up losing the case
