Can't change my poster?

Is there a reason why I can't change out my poster for a new one?

I'm trying to replace a poster in one of my stories and it's just not working.
It goes back to the old image. Even when I try erasing the link to the poster, then saving, it still stays on the same old poster.

why?

Maybe try using another theme? Like use the new one if you're using the old one or try the old one if you're using the new one. That usually works on one of AFF's sister sites that I use.
